Competition entries can be made from 00.01am AEDT on Friday 15 November 2019 until 11.59pm AEDT on Thursday 28 November 2019 through the Promoter’s websites

Entries received outside the Competition period will not be eligible or accepted.
Entries that are incomplete, illegible or indecipherable will not be valid and will be deemed void.
Entry is conditional upon entrants spending $30.00 AUD in a single transaction across the Manicare, Glam by Manicare and Lady Jane range at Chemist Warehouse in store or online and visiting the below to TELL US IN 25 WORDS OR LESS “What Lady Jayne, Glam or Manicare beauty accessories you can’t travel without and why?” whilst retaining a valid proof of purchase receipt.

Submitting an entry constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Multiple entries by eligible entrants are accepted, subject to entrants holding multiple proofs of purchase with different valid purchase receipt numbers.
Who May Enter
The Competition is open to Australian permanent residents over 18 years of age.
The Competition is not open to:
Employees of the Promoter;
Parties to whom the Promoter has contracted work in relation to this Competition;
Parties who are otherwise directly involved with this Competition; and
Any immediate family members or any of the abovementioned parties.
Prize
The first (1st) valid entry selected will win the major prize which consists of a $7000.00 AUD travel voucher.
The next best 5 entries selected will receive 1 of 5;
Personalised The Daily Edited suitcases valued upto $299.95 AUD
A Manicare, Glam by Manicare and Lady Jane product pack valued at $700.00 AUD.
The total prize values amount to $12,000 AUD.
The prize awarded by the Promoter is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any valuable consideration, in particular for money. Any attempt to sell the prize or attempt to exchange the prize for valuable consideration, will result in the cancellation of the prize. The Promoter has the sole and absolute discretion to decide such matters.
Selecting the Winner
The Competition winners will be selected by 5:00pm Monday 2 December 2019.
Chance plays no part in determining the winner. The winners will be selected and judged by internal Chemist Warehouse staff based on a “game of skill” approach with judges assessing the entrants’ answers to TELL US IN 25 WORDS OR LESS What Lady Jayne, Glam or Manicare beauty accessories you can’t travel without and why?”
Entries will be judged based on articulation and conciseness when explaining their response. The Competition will be selected at 44 Raglan Street, Preston VIC 3072 by 5.00pm.
The Competition winners will be notified by SMS or email by 5:00pm Tuesday 3 December 2019. Whilst the Promoter will use its best endeavours to contact the winners within the above mentioned time, the decision not to award an entrant who cannot be contacted a prize is at the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter, and can be made at any time after the Competition winner have been selected.
If within three months after the determination of the winner of the lottery, a prize (other than a prize consisting of perishable goods) has not been claimed by the winner, the promoter must take all reasonable steps to deliver the prize to the prize winner. At the conclusion of the three months if the prize cannot be delivered, the promoter must notify the Office and, subject to the Office’s approval, re-determine the winner of the prize in accordance with any directions by the Office
If the prize is unclaimed, the Promoter will reselect a winner on Monday 2 March 2020.
A person purporting to be a prize winner may be required to provide proof of identity and to verify any other eligibility requirements.
