These are the terms and conditions for competitions run by Wild Earth on their website and Facebook page:
By entering a competition on Wild Earth's website or Facebook page, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
Wild Earth is responsible for all aspects of the competition and Facebook is not accountable for any element of the competition.
Competitions are only open to individuals who are residents of Australia, aged 18 years or older (or under 16 years with parental or guardian consent), not employees of Wild Earth or any related corporations, and have not been found to breach these terms and conditions.
Entry is limited to one per person and incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be invalid.
Wild Earth accepts no responsibility for any incorrect, incomplete, or lost entries.
The winner will be determined by a randomised data process draw at Wild Earth and will be notified via an announcement in the competition comment thread on Wild Earth's Facebook page.
The winner must provide their contact details via private messaging the Wild Earth page within 7 days of the announcement, or the prize will be subject to re-draw at Wild Earth's discretion.
Wild Earth will post the prize to the winner within two weeks of receiving their postal address.
The value of the prize is limited to the description in the competition post and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize.
Entrants acknowledge and agree that the Entry Content may be shared by the public via email, Facebook and Twitter, and Wild Earth reserves the right to use the Entry Content for the purpose of future promotions.
Wild Earth reserves the right to remove any entry or Entry Content from the Facebook page without prior notice, and to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition for any reason.
Wild Earth reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant whose entry is not in accordance with these terms and conditions or who otherwise tampers with the entry process.
