AND
b) log on to the website www.CashKick.com.au and fully complete the online entry form by providing their first name, surname, address, telephone number, year of birth, email address, the last four (4) digits of the barcode number printed on the Eligible Product purchased (Barcode), and any additional information as required by the Promoter.
Entrants must retain their original barcode from the Eligible Product purchased in their Qualifying Purchase (Proof of Purchase) which corresponds to each entry they submit in the Promotion.
PRIZES:
