*There is only one prize available for each Relevant State (NSW, VIC, SA, QLD,WA). Once a prize is won in a Relevant State no further prize will be awarded in that Relevant State.
Travel is between 6am (AEST) Monday 22 October, 2012 and Tuesday 23 October, 2012 only. Entrants who are unable to travel on these dates may forfeit the prize.
No portion of the Prize is redeemable for cash. The Prize is not refundable or transferable.
Prize is subject to all restrictions as set by the airlines, accommodation providers and prize providers.
Additional costs (including, but not limited to food, transfers, spending money and insurance) remain the responsibility of the prize winner and their nominated companion as incurred.
It is the winner's responsibility to organise transport to/from the airport departure/return point. Winner is responsible for any amendments fees issued by airlines or suppliers once booking is confirmed
The Promoter takes no responsibility for loss or injury suffered by a winner as a result of taking the Prize. The Promoter recommends Prize winner winners and travel companions have valid travel insurance for their period of travel and adequate for the destination of travel and activities offered as part of the Major/Minor Prize/s.
