HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, individuals must complete one (1) of the following entry methods during the Promotional Period:
In Store Entry: fully complete the official entry form available in Medibank stores with all of the requested details (including their full name, telephone number, a valid email address, residential address, and the location of their nearest Medibank store), and place the fully completed entry form in the entry box provided in that Medibank store so it is received by close of business on 28/02/2015. Online Entry: visit medibank.com.au/gymexperience, follow the prompts to the promotional entry page, input the requested details (including their full name, telephone number, a valid email address, residential address, and the location of their nearest Medibank store), and submit the fully completed entry form so it is received by 11:59pm AEDST on 28/02/2015; OR
Activation Entry: there will be a promotional stand on display at the Medibank activation event held at Federation Square in Melbourne, VIC from 7:30am – 11:30am (local time) on Tuesday 10th February, 2015 and at Martin Place in Sydney, NSW from 7:30am – 11:30am (local time) on Wednesday 11th February, 2015. Individuals must visit the promotional stand at one of the Medibank activation events, use one of the promotional iPads on display at the promotional stand and follow the links to the promotional entry page, input the requested details (including their full name, telephone number, a valid email address, residential address, and the location of their nearest Medibank store), and submit the fully completed entry form so it is received before the promotional stand closes that day.

The first valid entry drawn will win their choice of one (1) of the following three (3) ‘fitness holidays’, valued at up to AU$11,476 depending on the destination selected and the date and point of departure (“Major Prize”):
Bali Yoga Retreat: a trip for two (2) people to Bali, valued at up to AU$9,376 depending on date and point of departure. Prize includes:

For the sake of clarity, only one (1) of the above listed trip prizes will be awarded, rather than all three (3).
The next fifty (50) valid entries drawn will each win their choice of either one (1) 2XU Men’s Gym Starter Pack (valued at $125) or one (1) a 2XU Women’s Gym Starter Pack (valued at up $145). Each pack will include a 2XU Large Drink Bottle, 2XU No Show Socks, 2XU Performance Low Rise Socks, 2XU Quick Dry Towel and 2XU Active Run S/S Top. Winners will be able to nominate which 2xU Gym Starter Pack they would like to redeem at the time of winner notification.
