Terms & Conditions
- By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- The promotion begins at 9:00AM AEST Thursday 19 July 2018 and closes at 5:00PM AEST Sunday 30 September 2018 (“promotional period”).
- To enter, individuals must complete the following steps during the promotional period: (A) visit the Springfree® Trampoline website at www.springfree.com.au; (B) Enter the competition to, ‘Win a Cleaner for a Year’ by (i) consenting to receive future email and SMS marketing communications from Springfree® Trampoline; (ii) entering details in the mandatory fields (First Name, Last Name, Email, Suburb, Post Code, Mobile Number, Child 1 Date of Birth); (iii) tell us in 25 words or less, ‘why you would love to ‘win a cleaner’ for a year’.
- Entry is limited to one (1) entry per person during the promotional period.
- Entrants must be Australian residents over the age of 18 years of age to be considered eligible for entry.
- Employees of Springfree® Trampoline (and their immediate families) and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
- One (1) winner will receive cleaning services paid for by Springfree® Trampoline from your preferred cleaning business during 2018/19 up to the value of $3,900.00 Australian Dollars inclusive of GST.
- The winner will select their preferred household cleaning business. The chosen company must have had an ABN in existence for at least 6 six months.
- The prize shall be provided by Springfree® Trampoline directly paying to the nominated household cleaning business the value of its valid tax invoices for household cleaning services supplied to the winner to a maximum amount of $3,900.00 inclusive of goods and services or similar taxes for services during 2018/19. All invoices must meet the requirements of the Goods and Services Tax Act 1999 to enable a GST rebate to be applied. This includes Trading Name, ABN, and Address of supplier.
- Prize does not include upgrades or additional services.
- Prize is neither redeemable nor transferable for cash.
- One (1) prize winner will be chosen by Springfree® with the winner chosen on the basis that they have answered the question, ‘In 25 words or less, tell us why you would like to 'win a cleaner' for a year’, and that the answer was deemed to be the best entry received by a panel of two Springfree® employees.
- The competition will be judged at Springfree® Trampoline, 1/60 Hoopers Road, Kunda Park, Queensland 4556 on Wednesday 3 October 2018 at 11:00 AM AEST.
- The winner will be notified in writing and by phone call on Wednesday 3 October 2018 and their name will be published on Thursday 4 October 2018 on the Springfree® Trampoline website at: www.springfree.com.au/competition-winners
- The winner has until 5:00PM AEST Thursday 8 November 2018 to claim their prize. After this period, if no prize has been claimed, a second judging for the prize, if unclaimed, may take place on Friday 9 November 2018 at the same time and place as the original judging.
- The winner of the second-judging will be notified in writing and by phone call on Thursday 8 November 2018 and their name will be published on Friday 9 November 2018 on the Springfree® Trampoline website at: www.springfree.com.au/competition-winners
- Springfree® Trampoline do not accept responsibility for any unclaimed prize.
- Springfree® Trampoline and associated agencies accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, accident, death or injury resulting from the promotion.
- Cleaning services will be provided upon the terms and conditions of the business selected by the winner and Springfree® Trampoline does not provide, manage or warrant the quality or service of any cleaning services. The winner shall receive the services at their own risk on the terms and conditions of their selected supplier. Springfree® Trampoline will not be responsible for quality of or risk arising from the cleaning services or any loss or expenses in relation to the prize other than the direct cost of cleaning services provided by the winner’s selected cleaning services business.
- By entering this competition you grant consent to Springfree® Trampoline to use, at any stage in the future, any photographic or video footage collected during the awarding of the prize.
- The Promoters’ decision is final and cannot be contested. No correspondence will be entered into. The Promoters reserve the right to limit entry or amend terms and conditions if considered necessary without notice.
- Promoter's limitation of liability: To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss suffered or sustained to personal property and including, but not limited to consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any person to the prize winner and, where applicable, to any persons accompanying the winner.
