CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
By entering this Promotion, Entrants agree to abide by these Conditions of Entry. The Promoter is Coleman Brands Pty Ltd ABN 74 091 681 195 of Suite W2C1, 75 – 85 O’Riordan Street, Sydney Corporate Park, Alexandria, NSW 2015, Telephone: 02 8762 5000.
Promotion commences at 15:00pm AEDT on 3 November 2016 and closes at 11.00am AEDT on 2 December 2016 (Promotion Period).
Entry is open to any Australian resident aged 16 years or older (Entrant). Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, related companies of the Promoter and agencies associated with the promotion and their related companies are ineligible to enter.
To enter the Promotion, Entrants must “Like” the Coleman Australia Facebook page at www.facebook.com/ColemanAustralia then accurately complete an entry form on the Coleman Australia Facebook Page or by visiting www.backyardcampout.com.au and submit it so that it is received during the Promotion Period (Entry).
Entrants may only enter the Promotion once during the Promotion Period. Incomplete, indecipherable or inaccurate Entries will be deemed invalid. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promotion database. The Promoter is not responsible for any delay in, or failure of, transmission which causes an Entry not to be received within the Promotion Period.
On the entry form Entrants have the option to obtain an extra entry into the draw by referring a friend, up to a maximum of 5 entries. Entrants will need to enter the names and email addresses of up to 5 friends to obtain the additional entries. Extra entries will only be valid for referrals made via the entry form. Before referring friends, the entrant must first ensure they have the consent of the friend/s prior to nominating them to receive the details of the promotion.
By accepting the terms and conditions upon entering the promotion you are automatically entered into the Promoter’s email database.
No purchase is necessary to enter. Purchasing products will not help your chances of winning.
The total Prize Pool is valued at $2,749.83. There is one (1) Major Prize valued at $1,179.93 and ten (10) Runner Up Prizes valued at $129.99 each. The Major Prize includes 1x Instant Up 8P Tent (RRP $599.99), 2 x Coleman Mudgee Sleeping Bags (RRP $89.99 each), 2 x Coleman Youth Sleeping Bags (RPP $99.99 each) and 2 x Coleman Queen DuraSleep Airbeds (RRP $99.99 each). Each Runner Up Prize includes 1 x Coleman Li-Ion Spin Lantern (RRP $129.99 each). Prizes are not exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prizes. Allow up to 28 days for Prize delivery from being the date of being notified as a winner.
The Prize Draw will be conducted 2 December 2016 at 11.30am (AEDT) at 3/145 William St, Darlinghurst NSW 2010. The Major Prize Winner will be the first valid entry drawn. The Runner Up Prize Winners will be the subsequent ten (10) valid entries drawn. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable.
Each Winner will be notified by telephone or email within two (2) business days of the Prize Draw, will receive written confirmation within twenty-one days and will published on the Coleman Australia Facebook page (www.facebook.com/ColemanAustralia) on 2 December 2016. In their written confirmation, winners will be provided with details of how to claim their Prize and the date by which they must claim their Prize (Prize Claim Date). Winners may need to provide sufficient identification in order to claim their Prize.
If a Prize is unclaimed by the Prize Claim Date, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority, the Promoter may conduct a further draw on 14 March 2017 at the same time and location as the Prize Draw, in order to distribute the unclaimed Prize (Unclaimed Prize Draw). In the case of a winner, they will be notified by telephone or email within two days of the Unclaimed Prize Draw, receive written confirmation within twenty-one days and will published on the Coleman Australia Facebook page (www.facebook.com/ColemanAustralia) on 16 March 2017.
The Promoter’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of Entries and Entrants and to disqualify any Entrant who submits an Entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry or who tampers with the Entry process including the use of any form of automated entry device or software.
The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of, in connection with, or arising out of the Promotion or taking the Prize.
Supplying your valid contact details are part of the conditions of entry to this promotion. All contact details entered incorrectly shall be deemed invalid.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries if the entry has violated the Terms & Conditions in any way.
If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to fraud or causes beyond the control of the Promoter or anything which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.
In order to conduct this Promotion, the Promoter needs to collect personal information about each entrant and may for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, gift suppliers and regulatory authorities. Participation in the Promotion is conditional on providing this information. It is a condition of entry that the entrant agrees to being entered into the Coleman Australia database. The Promoter, Coleman Australia may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant and for such other purposes as set out in the Coleman Australia Privacy Policy. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All personal details of entrants will be stored at the office of the Promoter and/ or Coleman Australia. Upon the entrant’s request, all information provided will be removed from our active database. Information will be removed as soon as reasonably possible in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws. i. using and disclosing the Entrant’s personal information for the purposes of conducting the Promotion, redeeming the Prizes and any other matter connected to or incidental to the Promotion;
ii. using the Entrant’s personal information for the purposes of carrying out marketing, planning, product development and promotional campaigns, in any media including email and SMS, unless an Entrant otherwise withdraws their consent to the use of their information in this manner; and
