How to Enter:
Entrants must enter their details at the competition tab located at www.hachette.com.au/win/. Entrants can enter multiple times, but each entrant is eligible to win only one Prize.
The Prize:
Three winners will each receive one copy of the "Secret Garden: An Inky Treasure Hunt and Colouring Book" by Johanna Basford.
Prize Substitution:
If an event forming part of the Prize is canceled or dates change due to reasons beyond Hachette's control, an equivalent prize may be substituted at Hachette's discretion.
Prize Value:
The stated value of the Prize is based on estimated or recommended retail prices at the publication date. Hachette is not responsible for any change in value after that date.
Eligibility and Restrictions:
The competition is not open to persons under the age of 16, individuals living outside of Australia, employees of Hachette and its affiliates, or immediate family members of such employees. Certain age limitations apply for certain prizes.
Winner Selection:
Winners will be selected based on the most original or creative entry from all correct, valid, and eligible entries received. Decisions of Hachette and competition judges are final and binding.
Winner Notification:
Winners will be contacted via email within 3 days of judging. The Prize will be awarded upon confirmation by Hachette that winners have complied with the Terms.
Forfeiture and Disqualification:
A Prize may be forfeited, and an alternative winner selected if the original winner fails to respond, accept a Prize arrangement, provide required information, or comply with competition terms.
Liability and Release:
Hachette and affiliates are not responsible for certain losses, damages, liabilities, or injuries arising from Prize acceptance, use, participation, or attendance at events. Entrants grant certain rights to Hachette for promotional purposes.
Personal Information:
Personal information collected during the competition will be used for the purpose of conducting and promoting the competition, and in compliance with Hachette's Privacy Policy.
General:
Entrants agree to comply with Prize conditions, applicable laws, regulations, and website terms. These terms constitute the entire agreement and are subject to the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
