Who can enter the Promotion?

The Promotion is open to anyone aged 18 years or over who is a resident of Australia. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family are ineligible to enter.

When does the Promotion close?

The Promotion commences on Wednesday, 5 February 2025, and ends on Wednesday, 19 February 2025, at 11:59pm AEDST.

How can one enter the Promotion?

To enter online, visit https://www.moneymag.com.au/win and complete the entry form. You must provide your full name, mailing address, email address, daytime telephone number, and answer a competition question in 25 words or less. Only one entry per person is permitted, and entries must be submitted during the Promotional Period.

What are the prizes?

There are 49 prizes available, each consisting of a "Best of the Best 2025" valued at up to AUD $11.95.

What is the total prize pool amount?

The total prize pool is valued at up to AUD $585.55 (including GST).

How will winners be notified?

Winners will be notified by telephone and in writing within 7 business days of the draw using the contact details provided in their entry.

Are there any restrictions on the prize?

Winners must take the prize as offered; it is not exchangeable for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offers. If the winner does not claim the prize at the stipulated time, it will be forfeited, and no cash will be awarded in lieu.

What if a prize or part of it is unavailable?

If a prize is unavailable, the Promoter may substitute it with an alternative prize of equal value, subject to regulatory authority directions.

How will prizes be delivered?

Prizes will be delivered to the winner’s nominated address in Australia. The Promoter is not liable for any delays, failures, or damage caused during the delivery by a third party. Additional costs associated with redeeming the prize are the winner's responsibility.

What is the judging process?

Judging will occur on Thursday, 20 February 2025, by a panel appointed by the Promoter. The 49 best valid entries will be selected based on literary, artistic, and creative merit, with the judges’ decision being final.

What happens to personal information?

The Promoter collects personal information to conduct the Promotion. This information may be shared with third parties and used for promotional purposes as outlined in the Promoter's privacy policy. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
