TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The Promoter is ENJO Pty Ltd, ABN 76 008 885 498 of 17 Aldous Place, Myaree WA 6154
3. Entry is only open to Australian residents over the age of 18. Employees, ENJOpreneurs, their immediate families and associated agencies are not eligible to enter.
4. Promotion commences at 12:01AM (WST), 1 November 2015 and ends at 11:59PM (WST) 24 December 2015.
5. Entry Criteri
a. Eligible entrants will receive one entry into the competition when they Host a Demo and meet the Demo criteria, during the promotion period, 12:01AM (WST), 1 November 2015 to 11:59PM (WST), 24 December 2015.
b. A Demo consists of a Host, at least two purchasing guests and a minimum of $650 in Demo sales.
6. Entries received after the advertised closing time date, 11:59PM (WST), 24 December 2015, will not be accepted.
7. One winner will be drawn at random using a computer generated program called ‘The Hat’.
8. Prize Details:
a. 1x eligible entrant who Hosts a Demo during the promotion period will win an exclusive dinner cooked by Matt Stone for 6 guests, valued at $5,000.
b. The prize dinner will be held at the winners own home on 25 February 2016.
9. The competition will be drawn at 10:00AM (WST), 4 January 2016 at ENJO PTY LTD, 17 Aldous Place, Myaree, WA.
10. The winners will be notified by 5:00PM (WST), 6 January 2016.
11. The winners will be notified via e-mail and telephone.
12. The winners will be published through an announcement on ENJO Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/ENJOAus, on 11 January 2016.
13. If the winner of a prize is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's nominated parent or guardian.
14. If the winner does not claim the prize or does not wish to accept the prize, a re-draw will be drawn at random and so forth until a winner has accepted.
15. If a re-draw is required it will be drawn at 10:00AM (WST) on 4 April 2016 at 17 Aldous Place, Myaree, WA using a computer generated program called ‘The Hat’ re-draw winner will be notified by 8 March 2016 by email and telephone.
16. In the case where a re-draw winner is required, an announcement will be published on the ENJO Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/ENJOAus, on 14 March 2016.
17. The Promoter will take no responsibility if the prize winner's contact details and entry details are incorrect or incomplete and the prize winner cannot be contacted.
18. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
19. The prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable.
20. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
21. Total prize pool value is AUD$5,000.
22. Entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
23. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an Entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the Entrant.
24. Subject to written directions from State Regulatory bodies, The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
25. If for any reason the winner does not redeem the prize or an element of the prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash.
26. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any Eligible Entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
27. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any tax liability incurred by the winner; or (g) use of a prize.
28. As a condition of accepting a prize, the winner may be required to sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
29. We will not sell your personal information or disclose or share your Personal Information with third parties, unless you authorise us to do so. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the Eligible Entrants. Eligible Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
30. The Promoter reserves the right to re-use any material posted into the competition for marketing and promotion purposes on Facebook and the ENJO Australia website, emails, print ads and other promotional materials.

ENJO Rewards
Every Host that holds a Demo or Personal Appointment will receive 10% ENJO Credit when all sales made at the Demo/Personal Appointment reach a minimum of $250. Additionally, Hosts at Demos will receive 50% off the recommended retail price of one individual, full priced ENJO product of their choice when the Demo sales reach a minimum of $650. A Demo consists of a Host and at least two purchasing guests. ENJO Credit accrued is only redeemable against ENJO products at a Demo or Personal Appointment. ENJO Credit accrued cannot be used to purchase ENJO Bundles, ENJO Rewards items or other special offers. 50% OFF one individual, full priced ENJO product applies to Demos only. ENJO Rewards must be used/purchased at the time of the Demo/Personal Appointment or will be forfeited. ENJO Rewards cannot be converted to cash and are non-transferable to another Host or Customer. Booking Reward
