By entering The Block Shop 'Grafico Giveaway' (the “Promotion”) the entrant agrees to the following terms and conditions:
Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry. Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions;
The promoter is The Block Shop Pty Limited ABN 55 161 743 237 (“Promoter”);
ELIGIBILITY:
Entry is open to Australian residents only (excluding ACT). Entrants under the age of 18 years must get permission from their parent or guardian prior to entering;
Employees and immediate families of the Promoter and suppliers, providers and agencies associated with the Promotion are ineligible to enter;
The Promotion commences on Thursday, 17th August, 2017 at 11am and concludes Thursday, 24th August, 2017 at 11am.
The winner will be drawn randomly from all valid entries on Friday 25th August, 2017.
HOW TO ENTER:
Submit an email address at the link provided via Woobox or via the Promoter’s website.
This is a game of chance and the winner will be drawn randomly from all entries received. The judge’s decision is final and no negotiation or correspondence will be entered into;
Any form of automated entry using any devices or software is invalid;
Only entries that comply with the entry requirements will be accepted;
Entrants may enter as many times as they like;
Entrants can only enter in their own name. The Promoter, reserves the right to request proof of residency at the stated address and identification for verification (to the Promoter's satisfaction in its discretion) before issuing the prize. Incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. Entries containing and/ordepicting illegal, sexually explicit or morally or racially offensive content will be ineligible to win. The Promoter's decision to disqualify an entry is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter is not under any obligation to notify an entrant of an invalid entry. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries;
By entering the Promotion and accepting the terms and conditions, the entrant agrees that the Promoter may use the entrant’s personal details, including email address, for the purpose of conducting the competition. The entrant’s email address will be added to the Promoter’s database for the purpose of receiving communications about the Promoter’s products. At any time, the entrant may elect to unsubscribe from the Promoter’s communications;
By entering the Promotion, the entrant gives the Promoter permission to pass their email address to the participating Retailer, Grafico Custom Wall Coverings - "Retailer" for the purpose of receiving communications about the Retailer's products.
By entering the Promotion, the entrant gives the Promoter permission to be contacted via email.
The Promoter shall endeavour to contact the winner via their email account within two (2) weeks of the prize draw. In the event that the winner cannot be contacted after three (3) weeks, an alternate winner will be selected and the original winner will forfeit any prize. The winner of the unclaimed prize draw will be contacted via email and will be published on the Promoter’s website at its discretion;
PRIZE:
The winner will receive a custom printed ‘Mosaico Digitale’ tiling from Grafico.
The Prize includes the following rules and restrictions:
2500x2500mm total area/size or equivalent m2 of Mosaico Digitale product;
Prize is limited to regular-shaped tiles such as 20x20mm sized squares. Custom shaped tiles other than this shape may attract further costs.
The winner can supply their own image or Grafico’s design team can work with the winner in sourcing an image;
The Prize Includes two (2) hours of artwork/design time to enable Grafico’s design team to work with the winner to create a custom printed design. Grafico’s design team will supply the winner with a PDF artwork proof for sign off. This can be discussed either by phone/email or in person in our Nth Melbourne office/warehouse. Onsite consultation is not included.
Unused design hours can not be used as credit or used for other products/projects or services;
Winner must select their tiles within three (3) months of being notified as the winner of this Promotion;
Prize includes air-freight from Grafico’s factory in Italy and delivery via TNT freight to prize winner’s home/office;
Estimated freight time is 6 weeks from artwork approval;
Installation is NOT included. A tiler experienced in installation of mosaic tiles is recommended for installation;
Tiles can be used indoors, outdoors and wet areas;

Prize can not be altered in any way, specification and or transferred for cash or equivalent value;
Prize can not be exchanged for other Grafico products;
Should the winner require a larger quantity of product, additional product can be purchased at additional RRP cost of $189+gst per m2 + artwork + freight + installation.
TOTAL VALUE OF THE PRIZE is over $1,600.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value and the prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash;
LIABILITY:
If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion subject to any written directions under applicable legislation. The Promoter also reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved;
The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by the phone user or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries;
PRIVACY:
All entries and any copyright subsisting in the entries become and remain the property of the Promoter;
This Promotion is conducted pursuant to NSW Permit No. LTPS/15/06854;
The laws of Australia apply to this Promotion to the exclusion of any other law. Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
