TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Promotion commences at 12.01pm (AEDT) on 18.01.2015 and ends at 11.59pm (AEDT) on 18.02.2015 (“Promotion Period”).
Entry is open to residents of Australia. Entrants under 13 years of age must have a parent or guardian’s permission before providing personal information. Employees of the Promoter and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents and the immediate family members of each are not eligible to participate in the competition. Proof of identity must be furnished upon request.
To enter the promotion entrants must, during the Promotion Period, sign up to receive Roxy e-newsletters by completing an entry/subscription form ONLINE at www.roxyaustralia.com.au (“Entry” / “Entries”). The Promoter is not responsible for late, lost or misdirected Entries. Note, existing subscribers will be automatically entered into the draw.
The draw will take place at 27 Baines Crescent, Torquay VIC 3228 at 10am (AEDT) on 23.02.2015. The first valid Entry randomly drawn from all Entries received (“Winner”) will win a Roxy Pop Surf surfboard, with a maximum value of RRP$899 (“Prize”). The draw result is final and no correspondence will be entered into.  The Promoter takes no responsibility for any variation in the Prize value.
The Winner will be notified by email within two (2) days of the draw. The name of the Winner will also be announced on www.roxyaustralia.com.au on 23.02.2015. The Prize will be delivered to the Winner’s nominated address. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for unread, undelivered or incorrectly provided email information. If the Winner cannot be contacted and the Prize remains unclaimed after three (3) months a redraw will take place (subject to any directions from a regulatory authority) at 27 Baines Crescent, Torquay VIC 3228 at 10am (AEST) on 25.05.2015.
The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or suspend the promotion and, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority, select a winner from among all valid Entries received up to such time of cancellation, termination or suspension.
By entering this promotion entrants consent to the information submitted with their Entry being entered into the Roxy database. Any information entrants provide will be held in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy which can be viewed at www.roxyaustralia.com.au/privacy-policy.
As a condition of entry, all participants agree to be bound by these official rules and by the decisions of the Promoter, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this competition.
