“Win a DeLonghi Coffee Machine for Your Mum This Mother’s Day!”
1. The ‘Win a DeLonghi Coffee Machine for Your Mum This Mother’s Day’ Promotion Period commences 12.00pm AEST on Saturday the 3rd of May 2014 and ceases at 12.00pm AEST Saturday the 10th of May.
2. The best entry, as determined by Sanity, will win one DeLonghi coffee machine.
3. The DeLonghi coffee machine is valued at $399AUD each. The total prize value is $399AUD.
4. Information on how to enter the ‘Win a DeLonghi Coffee Machine for Your Mum This Mother’s Day’ and its rewards, forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
Conditions of Entry
1. For this Promotion, entrants must submit an electronic entry via the Competition Entry Form located on the Sanity Facebook Page or as linked to by other parties.
2. Entrants must Like Sanity’s Facebook page and submit an entry answering “why does your mum deserve to win a coffee machine?”
3. For this Promotion entrants are eligible for one entry per Facebook account. Duplicate submissions will be discarded.
4. Entry is restricted to Australian residents who are 13 years of age or older.
5. This Promotion is not open to employees (and their immediate families), directors, management, employees, contractors, participating retailers, or any agency otherwise associated with the Promoter or the venue.
6. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or change the promotion at any time. The Promoter may verify the validity of the entrants, and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the process, submits an incomplete, inappropriate, or illegible entry, or does not act in accordance with the Conditions of Entry.
7. Participation in this Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
8. If the Prize (or part of the Prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, at its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal value.
9. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged based on the originality, and creative merit.
10. All entries submitted become property of the Promoter and Entrants consent to the Promoter using their entry, their name, and their details in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration.
11. As a condition of accepting the Prize, the Winner must sign any legal documentation as required by the Promoter and/or Prize suppliers.
12. The Promoter can collect personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may disclose such information to third parties. The Promoter may use this information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research, profiling, and sending of electronic messages.
The Prize
1. The Prize is one DeLonghi coffee machine valued at $399AUD.
2. The Prize is ‘not transferable’, ‘not exchangeable’, and ‘not redeemable for cash’.
3. The Prize does not include any contractual arrangements, and all contracts and costs are the ongoing responsibility of the Prize Winner.
4. If the Prize remains unclaimed after two days, the Promoter may choose the next best entry.

3. The successful entrants will be notified via email. The successful entrants will be notified within one week of the Promotion Period end date.
4. To claim the Prize of one DeLonghi coffee machine, valued at $399 AUD the Prize Winner will need to adhere to the Conditions of Entry listed above.
