Information on how to enter forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
Entry into this Competition deems acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other advertisements or reference to this Competition, these Terms and Conditions prevail.
The Promoter is Lindt & Sprungli (Australia) Pty Ltd (ACN 079 224 892).
There will be twenty (20) sub winners of the competition. One (1) for each of the below stores.

Of the twenty (20) sub winners, one (1) will be selected as the major prize winner after submitting a sixty (60) second video of why they should win the trip to meet Roger Federer and visit the Lindt Factory in Switzerland.
Entry Requirements
Entry is open to all Australian residents, except employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members, associated companies and agencies and participating outlets. Immediate family means any of the following; spouse, ex-spouse, de facto spouse, child or step child, (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step parent, grandparent, step grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step brother, step sister or 1st cousin.
Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the date of Entry.
How to Enter
A customer must visit any Lindt Chocolate Café or Lindt Chocolate Shop (including the Lindt Factory Outlet) during the campaign dates and purchase any Lindor product.
Customer must then complete an entry form at the counter and put this into the entry box.
One entry form will be provided per transaction and limited to one entry per customer per day.
Entry form includes; name, email address and phone number.
Entries must include all requested contact details to be eligible to win. Entrants may only enter in their own name.
Entrants are permitted to enter more than once and at multiple Lindt Chocolate Cafes and Shops.
Dates of Competition
The Competition opens Monday 2nd July 2018 09:00 AEDT.
The Competition closes Friday 10th August 2018 23.59 AEDT.
Sub Winner Selection and Notification
Twenty Sub Winners of the Competition will be randomly drawn on Monday 13th August 2018 at 12 noon.
There will be one (1) Sub Winner drawn at each of the twenty (20) stores.
The Promoter’s decision regarding the Sub Winners is final and non-negotiable. The Promoter shall not enter into any correspondence regarding results of the Competition.
For the avoidance of doubt this is a game of chance and skill shall play no part in determining the Sub Winners.
The Sub Winners will be notified via phone and email on Tuesday 14th August and announced by the Promoter on the Promoter’s Facebook and Instagram:

Major Prize Winner Selection and Notification
The twenty (20) Sub Winners will have until 5pm on Wednesday 22nd August 2018 to submit a sixty (60) second video outlining why they want to win the competition to meet Roger Federer and visit the Lindt Factory in Switzerland.
The Video must:
be submitted by the winner only
be no longer than 60 seconds long
exclude any inappropriate language or imagery
Mention Roger Federer and Lindor
be submitted via email to the address provided when the winner is selected
The entrants give permission for the video to be used on social channels for Lindt Chocolate Cafes and Shops.
The Major Prize winner will be selected by a Lindt Australia Representative at 10am on Friday 31st August 2018 and the winner will be notified via phone on Friday 31st August 2018 and announced by the Promoter on the Promoter’s Facebook and Instagram.
The Promoter’s decision regarding the Winner is final and non-negotiable. The Promoter shall not enter into any correspondence regarding results of the Competition.
This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the Major Prize Winner.
The Promoter will use reasonable efforts to contact the winner.
It is the responsibility of the entrants to check junk/spam mailboxes and voicemails to ensure that they receive any communications relating to the Promotion.
If the major prize winner cannot be contacted, is unavailable or is otherwise unable to redeem the prize, the Promoter will select another winner on September 7th 2018.
Description of Major Prize
The Major Prize is a trip for two (2) to Switzerland valued up to AU$17,000 (including GST), with the exact value of the Major Prize depending on date and point of departure. The Major Prize includes:
two (2) return economy flights (including applicable airport/airline taxes) from the Winners nearest capital city to Zurich, Switzerland;
four (4) nights stay in a four (4) star accommodation (twin share) in Zurich, Switzerland for two (2) adults (Hotel);
attendance at a “Meet and Greet with Roger Federer” event (details TBC, subject to Roger Federer’s availability);
subject to availability at time of booking, winner and guest may participatie in a Lindt chocolate workshop at the Lindt head office in Kilchberg taking place during the visit
transfers to and from airport in Zurich to hotel; and
while in Switzerland, winner and guest will have the opportunity to enjoy dinner one evening at a restaurant serving traditional Swiss cuisine, restaurant to be selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion
The Major Prize excludes:
spending money, additional meals, additional taxes, insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, transport to and from departure point, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included.
The Prize must be accepted as awarded, and cannot be transferred, assigned or exchanged for cash.
The travel companion must be five (5) years of age or older as of the date of departure.
Winner and travel companion are solely responsible for obtaining valid passports and any other documents necessary for international travel.
All components of the Major Prize must be taken together in a single trip and cannot be redeemed separately. Any part of the Major Prize that is not taken for any reason is forfeited. The Major Prize cannot be exchanged for other travel, flights or accommodation at other destinations.
The Promoter requires the Winner and his/her travelling companion cover themselves with full travel insurance valid for international travel. Receipt of insurance for each person travelling must be supplied to the Promoter prior to travel. Should the Winner and his/her travelling companion fail to take out travel insurance, the Promoter will require them to sign a waiver prior to travel.
Major Prize must be taken during October 2018, with the exact travel dates to be determined and confirmed by the Promoter closer to the actual travel dates and subject to booking and flight availability. Itinerary to be determined by the Promoter in consultation with the Winner but in the event that agreement cannot be reached, the Promoter reserves the right to determine the itinerary of the Major Prize in its sole discretion.
The Winner also acknowledges and agrees that the “Meet and Greet with Roger Federer” component of the Major Prize is subject to Roger Federer’s availability, which is outside the Promoter’s control.
The winner and travel companion are solely responsible for obtaining valid passports and any other documents necessary for international travel.
Once the tickets are issued, the names of the travelers cannot be changed.
The Promoter is not responsible for, and no refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight.
Runner Up Prize
The nineteen (19) Sub Winners that were not selected as the Major Prize winner will receive one (1) Runner Up Prize.
Each Runner Up Prize consists of a one (1) Lindt hamper valued at AU$100 (RRP) (including GST). Lindt product included in the hamper will be selected by the promoter and subject to availability.
Each Runner Up Prize will need to be collected from the Lindt Chocolate Cafe or Shop that the Runner Up entered the competition.
Each Runner Up will be notified after the Major Prize Winner has been selected and accepted the Major Prize.
After notification each Runner Up will have fourteen (14) days to collect the hamper from the Lindt Chocolate Cafe or Shop.
Further Terms and Conditions
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, cancel or suspend the Competition if an event beyond the control of the Promoter affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Competition. The Promoter will disqualify any individual who has tampered with the entry process or any other aspect of this Competition.
The Promoter and its related entities and associates shall not be liable for any issues or technical malfunctions which may affect any person entering the Competition or the judging of the Competition.
Any Entrant found to be entering incorrect details or engaging in fraudulent behaviour shall be immediately disqualified. If such an entrant is awarded a prize then the Promoter may remove that Entrant as a winner. The Promoter has the sole discretion to determine if this clause has been breached and its decision in relation to this clause shall be final.
The Promoter reserves the right to request a winner sign a deed of release or any other relevant forms or agreements that the Promoter deems necessary, including to provide proof of identity in order to claim a prize. In the event that the winner cannot provide suitable proof the winner will forfeit the prize and no substitute will be offered.
In the event a winner is unable to satisfy these Terms and Conditions the Promoter reserves the right to select a substitute winner.
The Promoter’s decision in relation to all aspects of the Competition is final and binding, and no correspondence shall be entered into. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
All entries and any copyright subsisting in the entries becomes and remains the property of the Promoter who may publish any of the entries received. The Promoter and its related entities is collecting the entrant’s personal information for the purpose of conducting and promoting this Competition, including the purpose of notifying the winners. The Promoter will handle all personal information in accordance with its internal privacy policy and all relevant Australian Privacy Laws. By providing their personal information, entrants agree to the terms of this Competition and the Promoter’s privacy policy. In addition, by entering this Competition, entrants consent to the Promoter and its related entities sending entrants information regarding marketing services, programs and special offers. The Promoter shall always offer entrants the possibility of opting out of these communications.
In participating in this Competition, all entrants and winners agree to participate in all editorial and promotional activities relating to this Competition, including but not limited to being interviewed, photographed and recorded. All entrants and winners agree to grant the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide, including all forms of online and social media. No entrant or winner shall be granted a fee for such use.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limit, exclude or modify or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the State and Territories of Australia. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any personal injury, or any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect arising in any way out of this Competition.
