You are providing your information to the owner or operator of this Facebook page and not to Facebook or any of its partners or application developers. • These conditions of entry relate to the “Win a Designer Shaggy Rug” promotion organised by Andersens, 29 Western Dr, Gatton QLD, 4343 Phone 1800 016 016 ("Promoter"). • By entering the competition, participants shall be deemed to agree with these conditions of entry. • Entry is open to Australian residents only, who are fans and followers of the Andersens Facebook, LinkedIn and/or Twitter pages, but excludes all employees and the immediate families of the Promoter, its related companies and all their associated advertising agencies. • To be eligible to win, participants must be a fan or follower of the Andersens Facebook, LinkedIn or Twitter page (they must “Like” or "follow" the page) and submit their entry before the 21/10/2014 • Entrants may enter only once, but will receive one additional entry for each person they share the promotion with • all shares will need to be done using the "share" button at the top of the page . • The promotion commences on the 21st of August 2014 at 12:00pm AEST and concludes on the 21st October 2014 at 11:59pm AEST • The winners will notified by by email and will be also be posted on the Andersens Facebook page. • There is one (1) individual prize to be won. • The prize is as follows: Winners choice of Shaggy Rug from Andersens Sunny Shag Collection, sized 180cm x 270cm valued at $389. • The winner will be selected by the 30th of October 2014 at 10:00 am AEST with the winners being advised the same day. • The winners will be selected by: Random Draw • The prize is not transferable, cannot be sold, exchanged or returned and are non-refundable or redeemable for cash. Unless expressly stated in these terms and conditions all other expenses become the responsibility of the winner. • The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this promotion, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this promotion including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries. • The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion.
