Who can enter the competition?Persons who are residents of Australia & New Zealand, aged 18 years or more, and have fully completed the entry form are eligible to enter. Employees and immediate family members of LSKD Pty Ltd are not eligible.
When does the competition close?The competition opens at 12PM AEST Thursday 5th October and closes at 12PM AEST Thursday 12th of October 2023.
How can one enter the competition?Participants can enter the competition by fully completing the entry form available. Each person is only eligible to enter once.
When and where will the winner be drawn?The winner will be drawn at 4PM AEST Thursday 12th of October at Lot 2, 46 Burchill Street, Loganholme, Queensland via an electronic barrel draw.
How will the winner be notified?The winner will be informed via email within 24 hours of the draw, and their name may be published on LSKD's website and social networks.
What are the prizes and their total worth?There are two prizes: a $3,990 Icebath + Kit and a $500 LSKD Voucher. The prizes, or any unused portion, are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
How is personal information managed?By entering, participants agree that their personal information can be used for the primary purpose of conducting the competition, for secondary purposes, and for direct marketing by LSKD. Personal information will be handled as per LSKD's privacy policy, available at https://www.lskd.co/pages/privacy-policy.
What happens if the competition cannot run as planned?If, for any unforeseen reason including computer viruses, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures, security breaches, or other causes that affect the proper conduct of the competition, LSKD reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition. In cases of war, terrorism, emergencies, or other events beyond their control, LSKD might also cancel or modify the competition.
Are there any other conditions for extra entries?Order numbers submitted for extra entries are valid only if purchased from the 1st of January 2023.
