When does the competition start and end?
The competition period starts on Wednesday 15 March 2023 12PM AEDT and ends on Sunday 26 March 2023 at 11:59 AEDT.
How many times can participants enter the competition?
Entries are limited to one per person. The use of any automated software or any other mechanical or electronic means that permits the participant automatically to enter repeatedly is prohibited (“Repeat Entry Device”).
What are the prizes?
The prizes consist of two passes to see the film “Broker” in cinema. There are 20 prizes to be won, and the total prize pool will be valued at AUD$880 (RRP) inclusive of GST.
Are the prizes transferable or exchangeable for cash?
No, the prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
What happens if the prize is unavailable?
If any prize item is unavailable, SBS reserves the right to substitute a different prize item of equal or greater value, subject to approval in accordance with state regulations.
When will the winners be notified?
All winners will be notified by phone, email, and/or mail within 2 days of the end of the competition.
What happens if the prize is unclaimed?
If the prize is unclaimed, an unclaimed prize draw will take place after SBS has made all reasonable efforts to contact the prize winner. Winners of unclaimed prizes will be notified either by phone or email within 2 days of the unclaimed prize draw. Winners’ names will be published on SBS Movies no later than 30 days of the redraw of the relevant prize.
