this Promotion once and must enter this Promotion during the Promotion Period. In order for the
Promoter to notify the winner, the entrant must provide his or her full name, postcode, contact
number and e-mail address. The Promoter may deem an incomplete entry invalid. Entrants agree to
the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and to receive deal email alerts (that they can opt-out of at anytime). To
enter, entrants must complete the online entry form available on the Scoopon website
(www.scoopon.com.au/promo/ThailandGiveaway) providing their full name, email address, contact
number and postcode. For an additional 10 bonus entries, entrants can share their unique URL link
provided after submitting the entry form and if an entrant’s friend enters using this link, those 10
bonus entries will be assigned to the original entrant.
PRIZE:
There will be 1prize (1 winner). The winner will receive a holiday to Phuket, Thailand for 2 adults and
up to 2 children under 18 years, consisting of:

Spending money, meals and any other expenses not explicitly stated as an inclusion of the prize are
excluded. Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be substituted for cash. If the prize is
not redeemed during the validity period, the prize will be void. Travel insurance is recommended. If a
prize is unavailable, the Promoter may substitute that Prize with a prize that is equal in value or type,
subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. The Prize will be subject to the terms and
conditions of the providers of the Prize.
