Each ACCOMMODATION PACKAGE entitles the bearer to accommodation for 7 nights in an OVER THE WATER FALE and the additional inclusions as outlined; inclusive of local taxes.
No domestic or international travel is included - For flights and transportation call your Travel Agent. Bartercard Tourism cannot book or facilitate in the booking of flights on behalf of Bartercard members. We strongly advise you do not purchase airline tickets until your accommodation is confirmed.
Strictly no changes, substitutions, transfers, reimbursements for any unused portion of the package.
ACCOMMODATION PACKAGE is available for up to 2 persons only.
Additional rooms, additional persons or additional nights will incur additional charges payable at the time of booking. Additional person offers and additional nights must be requested at time of booking with Bartercard Tourism – they cannot be organized at the resort or after booking has been confirmed.
Bookings are to be made via Bartercard Tourism only.
Bookings are strictly subject to availability and limited packages are available per month.

Booking Exclusion Dates: 15th December 2016 to 15th January 2017 and 13th April to 18th April 2017 and 1st June 2017 to 31st July 2017.
Any additional expenses incurred during your stay must be paid in cash to the resort based on their individual terms and conditions – the resort will request a credit card upon check-in to cover incidentals, room charge etc. Any purchases or incidental expenses incurred at the resort are to be paid in cash only.
Packages are not valid for open cash market retail sale.

Once the accommodation booking has been confirmed, it is final; it is non-refundable, not transferable and date or venue changes are not permitted.

ACCOMMODATION PACKAGE available for bookings for travel between 01/09/2016 – 30/09/2017.
All taxes, airport charges, transfers, levies, passport, any required visa fees, food, beverages and other incidental costs are payable by the prize winners.
Travel insurance is not included and it is highly recommended that the winner purchase before travelling.
Winners will have to offer proof of intention to marry or have married within the period of the competition and be over 18 years of age.
Multiple entries are not permitted.
The competition is open to residents throughout ACT, NSW, SA, WA and QLD.
Commencement date of competition is 1st October 2015
Entries close at 2.00pm on 30th September 2016
The winning entry will be drawn at 2.30pm on the 30th September 2016 at the Worsthorne Pedersen Publishing office - Kangaloon Road, East Kangaloon NSW 2577.
Winners will be notified by phone by the 4th October 2015 and then advised by registered post.
Once verified as the winning entry, names will be announced 9th October 2015 on www.bridesdiary.com.au/articles/thebridesdiarynews/competitionwinners and in The Australian Newspaper.
Should the prize remain unclaimed, as at the 10th April 2017 a redraw will be held on the 10th April 2017 at 2.30pm at the Worsthorne Pedersen Publishing office - Kangaloon Road, East Kangaloon NSW 2577. The re-drawn winners will be advised by registered post and also announced in The Australian Newspaper on the 8th May 2017.
