What is the Instant Entry Sweepstakes, and who can enter?The Instant Entry Sweepstakes is a worldwide giveaway organized by SnapWireless. It is open to anyone who signs up on the giveaway page, provided that they meet the eligibility requirements. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. The contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of SnapWireless, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members, and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate.
When can you enter the Instant Entry Sweepstakes, and how can you enter?The Sweepstakes begins on 27 March 2023 at 12:00AM AEST and will run until further notice. The Sweepstakes must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided on the giveaway page. The entry must fulfill all the requirements of the Sweepstakes, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
What is the prize for the Instant Entry Sweepstakes, and what is the total worth of the prize?The winner of the Sweepstakes will receive one (1) Explorer Bundle. The actual/appraised value of the prize may differ at the time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. The prize is non-transferable. Substitution of the prize or transfer/assignment of the prize to others or request for the cash equivalent of the prize by the Winner is not permitted. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner.
What are the odds of winning, and how will the winner be selected and notified?The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be selected by Random Draw under the supervision of the Sponsor. The Winner will be notified immediately. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 7 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate Winner selected.
What are the entrant's rights, and what are the terms and conditions of the Sweepstakes?By entering the Sweepstakes, the contestant agrees to comply with and abide by these Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. By entering the content, the entrant agrees that the Sponsor and anyone acting on behalf of the Sponsor or its respective licensees, successors, and assigns shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the world, without limitation, the entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Campaign, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond the Sponsor's control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes.
