Promotion opens on 08/04/2019 and final entries close at 2:00pm AEST on 15/04/2019 (“Promotional Period”). All times are AEST as applicable in Victoria.
To enter, the entrant must during the Promotional Period complete the following steps:
• Receive a promotional eDM from the Promoter and click on the link to visit the promotional website or visit the website directly at www.roadshow.com.au/easterpromotion;
• Follow the prompts to the entry page;
• Input the requested details including their full name, email address, State/Territory of residence and preferred genre;
• Agree to the Terms and Conditions; and
• Submit the fully completed online entry form.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
Only one (1) entry is permitted per person.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
The draw will take place at Roadshow Films Pty Ltd, 1 Garden Street, South Yarra VIC 3141 at 3:00pm on 15/04/2019. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.
