WHO CAN ENTER?

To enter the ‘Frozen Spectacular Consumer Promotion’ (the “Competition”), entrants must first purchase any Disney Frozen branded licensed product from a Disney authorised retailer* operating in Australia or New Zealand during the Competition Period (the “Purchase”) and retain their purchasing receipt as proof of the Purchase.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The Competition opens on Monday 29 September 2014 at 9.00am (AEST) and closes on Sunday 16 November 2014 at 11.59pm (AEDT) (the “Competition Period”). Entry can only be made during the Competition Period. The Competition will be drawn at 12.00pm (AEDT) on Wednesday 19 November 2014 (“Draw Date”).
PRIZES:
There will be three (3) prizes available for valid entrants into the Competition that are Australian residents and one (1) prize available for valid entrants into the Competition that are New Zealand residents (each a “Prize”) to be won during the course of the Competition.
Each Prize will consist of one (1) family trip for two (2) adults and two (2) children (aged 13 years or younger) to the winner’s choice of a Disney hotel / resort Destination (Tokyo, Hong Kong, Florida, California, Paris)* valued at a maximum of AU$13,500.00 RRP^ and including:
Four (4) night’s accommodation quad share a hotel room (at a minimum 2 star Hotel) including breakfast daily valued at a maximum of AU$1,6000.00 RRP^ ;
Return economy flights for two (2) adults and two (2) children (aged 13 years or younger) valued at a maximum of AU$10,000.00 RRP
Transfers to and from the hotel at the winner’s chosen destination valued at a maximum of AU$300.00 RRP^; and
One (1) three (3) day park pass for two (2) adults and two (2) children (aged 13 years or younger) valued at a maximum AU$1,600.00 RRP^
The total Competition prize pool is valued at a maximum of $54,000.00RRP^.
^Prize values vary depending on which of the destinations the prize winner elects to travel to.
*Each Winner will be provided an option to receive the above prize to one of the following Disney hotel / resort destinations:
    - Tokyo: 3 days Parks pass and 4 nights accommodation at the Tokyo Disneyland Hotel in a standard room with breakfast included.
    - Paris: 3 day parks pass and 4 nights accommodation at the Kyriad Disneyland Hotel Paris in a standard room, breakfast included.
    - Hong Kong: 3 day parks pass and 4 nights accommodation at the Disneyland Hollywood Hotel in Hong Kong, standard room with breakfast included.
    - Californi 3 day parks pass and 4 night accommodation at the Disney Paradise Pier Hotel in a standard room with breakfast included.
    - Florida : 3 day parks pass and 4 nights accommodation at the Disney Art of Animation Hotel in a standard room with breakfast included.
    The Prize values are based upon the recommended retail prices (inclusive of GST). Disney does not accept any responsibility for a change in Prize value.
If you are a Winner:
You may not transfer the Prize to anyone or ask for any alternative Prize (including cash).
Subject to State Regulation, Disney may replace the Prize with another prize of equal value in the unlikely event that the Prize becomes unavailable.
        If you are not able to take the Prize as stated, you will forfeit the Prize and no payment or compensation will be made in lieu.
        Once the Prize has left the premises of Disney, responsibility for any damage, delay or loss to the Prize during transit will pass to you.
        Disney may ask you or your parent/legal guardian to provide proof of your age, identity and residency, and to sign any required documentation including release forms as a condition of claiming the Prize.
        You or your parent/legal guardian are responsible for all expenses and taxes connected to your participation in the Competition and not included in the Prize.
        If requested by Disney, the Winner may be required and must agree to be filmed during the presentation of the Prize. The Winner hereby grants to Disney the right to issue, and authorise others to issue, publicity concerning the Winner, and the right to use the Winner’s name (including any professional name or sobriquet adopted by Winner), likeness and biographical data in connection with the promotion of the Competition.
    If you are the Winner of the Prize,
        you and those travelling with you (your “Guests”) must, at the very least:
            be able and willing to travel between 5 January 2015 and 30 May 2015;
            book in your travel by 17 December 2014;
            obtain valid visas for travel to the United States of America (if required) or other destination countries requiring a travel visa;
            provide Disney with proof of successful visa applications prior to departure if requested; and
            have passports that are valid in the country of destination for six (6) months or more from departure.
        Except as set out above and unless and to the extent otherwise specified, you are responsible for all expenses connected to your participation in the Prize, including meals, drinks, transfers, laundry charges, activities, incidentals, taxes, energy surcharges, gratuities, services charges, passports, visas and all other ancillary costs. The Prize does not include any travel insurance. It is the responsibility of you and your Guests to purchase travel insurance. Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect against the additional costs incurred in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
        You and your Guests must depart on the same flight. Except as specified above, you are responsible for arranging transport from your and your Guests’ residence to flight departure from Sydney/Melbourne/Brisbane/Perth/Auckland/Wellington/Christchurch international airports.
        If you are below the age of eighteen (18) than you must be accompanied by at least one (1) parent or guardian throughout the duration of the trip.
        Travel will be arranged by Disney, or an agency of Disney’s choice, and subject to any booking restrictions such as availability of accommodation and flights. All elements of the Prize must be taken together. Travel suppliers and accommodation are to be chosen at the discretion of Disney. Travel arrangements cannot be changed once made.
        A credit card imprint or cash deposit may be required to check-in to the hotel, for all incidental charges.
        Disney is not in a position to make representations as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at any destination. We urge you to obtain international travel advice, available from various sources including government, local consular offices and the website of the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
        It will be a condition of accepting the Prize that the winner and guests agree that Disney will not be liable for any personal injury or other loss or damage (whether direct or consequential loss or damage) suffered or sustained in connection with the Prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
        Disney accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value or make-up of the prizes or any event that occurs that is beyond Disney’s reasonable control. The Winner and each of the guests also acknowledge that participation in and attendance at any event (including travel and accommodation providers) may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by third parties. Disney does not accept any responsibility and is not liable for additional conditions imposed at any event or for the breach of those conditions by any person.
        Disney is not responsible for selecting the Winner’s travel companions (including accompanying parent(s) / legal guardian(s)) or determining any other details of the Prize, or taking direction that relates to legal determinations concerning a Winner’s parent and/or legal guardians. These are the responsibility of the Winner and his/her parent(s) and/or legal guardian(s).
