The prize is not redeemable for cash, not refundable or transferable, and subject to change at Vocus Pty Ltd’s discretion.

Are there any specific travel conditions for the prize?
Yes, travel must be completed by 12 December 2024 and is not available during Fijian or Australian public or national holiday periods, specifically not valid from 20 March 2024 to 10 April 2024, and from 12 December 2023 to 30 January 2024. Travel dates must be confirmed within 45 days of notification, and all elements are subject to availability at the time of booking. Accommodation is based on four people sharing one room. The winner must provide a credit card at hotel check-in for incidentals. Tickets are non-transferable and once issued, cannot be altered without an additional expense to the winner. Any changes made to the specified prize package will incur an administration fee of $250 excluding GST. Flights are economy class and may be indirect. Winners and guests are responsible for transport to and from their nearest capital city airport in Australia. Winners must obtain their own travel insurance and provide proof of insurance before tickets are issued. Winners must also adhere to any Covid-19 conditions and restrictions applicable at the time of travel.
