WHO CAN ENTER?The only persons who may enter into the competition and be awarded prizes are those people specified in Condition 1.1 and who are not (i) employees of, or contractors to, the Promoter or any of its agencies involved with this competition; or (ii) members of the immediate family of such employees and contractors, including any spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent), whether or not they live in the same household as the employee or contractor.
One entry allowed per person. Multiple entries per household are allowed. Any entrant under the age of 18 years must have their parent or guardian’s permission to participate in the promotion and send an entry.
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter the promotion either:
a)     Go online to www.speedo.com.au and click on the link ‘Win a family trip to Hawaii’ then enter your details into the online entry form and submit your entry into the draw
b)     In store at participating Speedo retail outlets by filling in the entry form.
PRIZE:
The prize is a family holiday to Hawaii, for the winner and their immediate family. ‘Immediate family’ may consist of a person's parents, spouse, siblings and/or children. It can contain others connected by birth, adoption, marriage, civil partnership, adopted children and step-parents/step-children, and cohabiting partners. The prize is up to the value of $9,000AUD.  The prize is limited to include a maximum of two adults.  Any additional person must be under 18 years of age.The prize includes:
a)     Return economy airfares from the winner’s closest capital city; five nights accommodation at Sheraton Waikiki in an ocean view room; airport transfers to and from Honolulu International Airport to Sheraton Waikiki; a swim with Hawaiian dolphins and sea turtles for the family of four people and transport to and from the sea turtle experience.
b)     The hotel accommodation at Sheraton Waikiki includes five nights in an ocean view room/s (up to two rooms); one adult beverage (alcoholic or non) per guest; high-speed internet access in the guest room; self-parking for one vehicle (valet parking is $15.00/day); unlimited local and 1-800 telephone calls; up to 60 minutes of long distance telephone calls per day; 1 Litre of Bottled Water replenished daily (based on usage).
c)     The Sheraton Waikiki will also offer adult pool floats; use of a MP3 player featuring Hawaiian music, portable DVD player with 8” screen & selected, newly released movies; Children 5 years and under can eat for free from Children’s Menu in designated dining outlets for breakfast, lunch and/or dinner with paying adult; Fitness Classes and Resort Cultural Classes; and a Waikiki savings booklet.  None of the above is combinable with other offers or discounts.
d)     The prize also includes a Turtle, Dolphin, Tropical fish snorkel tour for up to two adults and two children including a non-intrusive encounter with wild spinner dolphins (per sub-paragraph a)); a snorkeling experience in “Turtle Town”, a natural sea turtle cleaning station; and a snorkel tour among the pristine reef with beautiful tropical fish; seasonal only: whale watching (December 15 - April 1), a variety of rays, and Hawaiian monk seal sightings. This tour also includes snorkel gear and instructions; snacks and refreshments on board; Hawaiian style lunch served after tour; bottled water; and a bathroom on the boat. This tour is subject to the Unforgettable Swim terms and conditions including their 48 hour cancellation notice. All passengers will need to sign a waiver on the day of the tour. The Promoter is not responsible for the tour being cancelled by the tour company for whatever reason or if there are no dolphin sightings on the tour.
