Entry is only open to Australian and New Zealand residents.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
Promotion commences on 3 August 2015 and ends for Orders at 5pm AEST (for Australian residents) and 5pm NZST (for New Zealand residents) on 5 September 2015 ("Promotional Period"). All Orders must be collected by 7pm (local time) on 6 September 2015.
To enter, individuals must complete the following steps:
(a). Visit www.cheesecake.com.au (for Australian residents) or www.thecheesecakeshop.co.nz (for New Zealand residents) and follow the prompts to order and pay for any one (1) or more full size cake product(s) in a single transaction during the Promotional Period ("Order"); and then
(b). Pick-up their Order from The Cheesecake Shop store nominated at the time of purchase by 7pm (local time) on 6 September 2015.
For the sake of clarity, individuals that submit an Order during the Promotional Period but do not pick their Order up in store by 7pm (local time) on 6 September 2015 will not receive an entry into the draw.
Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following:
(a) only one (1) entry permitted per Order/receipt (regardless of the number of full size cake products purchased in that Order in excess of one (1)); and
(b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
PRIZE:
The first valid entry drawn will win $10,000 worth of voucher(s)/gift card(s), to their choice of Mitre-10, Bunnings, and/or Hire-A-Hubby. The winner can choose to have the $10,000 value split across vouchers/gift cards from multiple providers, or they can choose to have the $10,000 value used towards a voucher/gift card from a a single provider. For example, the winner can choose to receive a $2,000 Mitre-10 voucher, a $2,000 Bunnings voucher and a $6,000 Hire-A-Hubbby voucher (for a total of $10,000 in vouchers overall). The voucher(s)/gift card(s) will be awarded in the winner?s local currency (i.e. if the winner is from Australia, they will be awarded AU$10,000 worth of voucher(s)/gift card(s), and if the winner is from New Zealand they will be awarded NZ$10,000 worth of voucher(s)/gift card(s)).
