When does the promotion close?

The entries for the promotion open at 5pm AEST on 14/08/2023 and close at 4:59pm AEST on 25/08/2023.

How can one enter the promotion?

To enter, individuals need to fill out all required fields on the entry forms, including Full Name, email address, and respond to the question: "In 25 words or less, share with us the healthiest habit you’ve learnt from your father figure," and submit the fully completed entry form during the Promotional Period.

What is the prize and its value?

There will be one (1) winner of a $350 Father’s Day Gift Pack selected from the Father’s Day Competition entries received throughout the Promotional Period.

What are the judging criteria for selecting the winner?

The judges will take into account the accuracy, quality, originality, insight of the entry, relevance to the Campaign, and other relevant factors in determining the winner(s) of the Prize.

How will the winner be notified?

The winners will be notified in writing within five (5) business days of the winners being selected, and their names will be published online at [provided URL].

Is there a limit to the number of entries?

The Campaign is limited to one entry per participant.

What happens to the entries submitted?

Entrants agree to their Entry being used by the Promoter in the future and grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, and sub-licensable transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display the Entry for any purpose in any media without compensation, restriction on use, attribution, or liability.

What are the Promoter's rights regarding entries?

The Promoter is entitled to use any of the entries submitted in any manner and for any purpose in their absolute discretion, including using the entries for future promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes without further reference or payment to the entrant.

What happens if there are technical difficulties or other issues with the promotion?

If this Campaign is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant or modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the promotion, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

What are the Promoter's responsibilities for the Prize?

The Promoter will not be liable for any Prizes that are lost, stolen, damaged, or tampered with after it is awarded. If the Winner elects to have its Prize delivered, the Promoter will use reasonable endeavors to deliver the Prize to the Winner’s selected address within 28 calendar days.

What happens if a winner doesn't claim their Prize?

If the Promoter is unable to contact a Winner, or the Winner does not claim their Prize within three (3) months of being notified they are a Winner, then that Winner will forfeit their Prize, and no cash or other prize will be awarded in lieu.

How is personal information handled?

The Promoter collects personal information ("PI") for the purpose of conducting the promotion and may disclose such PI to third parties, including agents, contractors, service providers, and regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter will also handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy.

What rights do entrants have regarding their PI?

The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update, or correct their PI, how entrants may complain about a breach of privacy principles, and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
