Win a Fiat 500! Sanity

1. These terms and conditions apply to the Win A Fiat 500 EDM Signup Competition ("Promotion"). The Promoter is Sanity Music Stores Pty Ltd, ABN 61 072 187 298, 36-48 Ashford Avenue, Milperra, NSW, 2214. 2. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. 3. Entry is only open to persons who sign-up to the Sanity email newsletter via online entry form or SMS during the Promotional Period (“Eligible Persons”). 4. Employees of Sanity Entertainment and its associated retail brands, fulfilment partners and their immediate families are not eligible for entry. 5. The Promotion commences 09:00am AEDST on 01/12/14 and closes 11:59pm AEDST on 24/12/2014. (“Promotional Period”). Entries received after the closing date will not be collected. 6. To enter the Promotion, Eligible Persons must, within the Promotional Period, sign-up their email address to the Sanity email database via the online sign-up form or via SMS entry. Eligible Persons must then enter their full name, address, and a 25 words or less answer to the question “Why do you need a brand new car?”. Please note - as no purchaseis required for this competition, Eligible Persons must simply type N/A in the 'ORDER CONFIRMATION #' field on the entry form. Only one entry is valid per person per email address. No responsibility will be taken for entries lost, delayed, IT errors or not completed properly, and such entries may not go into the prize draw for the Promotion. Please note entry is open to Australian residents only. Winner must be over the age of 18. If the winner is under the age of 18, the prize will be awarded to a nominated legal guardian. 7. Our judges will collect the entries once the Promotion has been completed and select a winner based on the merit of the answers received, with creativity and originality taken into consideration. The winner will be contacted by 09/01/2015 and have their name published here http://www.sanity.com.au/featured/109/Competition_winners and via Sanity social media channels including Twitter. 8. There will be 1 winner who will receive 1 x brand new Fiat 500, valued at $17,000RRP. The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes are not exchangeable or transferable. Sanity reserves the right to amend or alter this Promotion at any time, without prior notice.
