The Promoter of the Nicotinell Escape to Fiji Competition is Perrigo Australia Pty Ltd Suite 14, Level 1, 13A Narabang Way, Belrose, NSW 2085. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Any entry not complying with these Terms and Conditions is invalid.
Entry is open only to Australian residents. Employees of Perrigo Australia Pty Ltd and their families are ineligible to enter.
The promotion commences at 8.00am (AEST) on September 1st 2016 and closes at 5.00pm (AEST) on December 1st 2016 ("Promotional Period").
Eligible entrants in the Nicotinell Escape to Fiji Competition will enter the prize draw by texting to code word “escape” to 0427 456 456 and receiving eleven text messages with the final message containing a login code to enter the online competition at www.nicotinell.com.au/win. Valid entries must answer all online questions and provide all required contact details. Incomplete or illegible entries will not be accepted. Perrigo Australia Pty Ltd’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
One (1) prize will be drawn from all entrants. The prize consists of Return flight transfer from Nadi Airport to resort location, 6 nights’ accommodation at a Fiji resort and Full Board daily.
The prize draw will take place at 4.00pm Dec 17th 2016 at Perrigo Australia Pty Ltd’s New South Wales office. The winners will be the first valid entry drawn from entries made during the promotional period subject to these Terms and Conditions.
The total prize pool value is $AU4950. If the prize is unavailable, Perrigo Australia Pty Ltd, at its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and are not redeemable for cash.
The winner will be notified via email or phone by a Perrigo Australia Pty Ltd representative within fourteen (14) days of the prize draw and no later than December 31st, 2016. The winner will be published on the Nicotinell Website (www.nicotinell.com.au) from December 31st to 2016 to January 15th, 2017.
All entries become the property of Perrigo Australia Pty Ltd.
Perrigo Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to request each winner to provide proof of identity, proof of residency and/or proof of entry validity. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit his/her prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
If this competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Perrigo Australia Pty Ltd, Perrigo Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law
(a)to disqualify any entrant, or
(b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the competition, as appropriate.
Perrigo Australia Pty Ltd collects personal information in order to conduct the competition and may, for this purpose, discloses such information to third parties, including but not limited to, prize suppliers and as required, to Australian regulatory authorities.
