Who can enter the competition?The competition is open to residents of Queensland aged 16 years and over who purchase an eligible RACQ roadside assistance product during the promotional period. However, those renewing an existing product, cancelling within the 21-day cooling-off period, or purchasing for the same vehicle after a lapse are not eligible. Directors, officers, employees, and immediate families of the promoter and related entities are also ineligible, as are certain RACQ programs and products.

When does the competition close?The competition closes at 11:59 PM AEST on 18 February 2025.
How can one enter the competition?To enter the competition, participants must purchase an eligible RACQ roadside assistance product during the promotion period, which runs from 12:00 AM on 18 November 2024 to 11:59 PM on 18 February 2025. Eligible products include RACQ Everyday, RACQ Everyday Plus, RACQ Ultra Care, RACQ Ultimate Care, and RACQ RV. An entry is automatically generated upon purchase of an eligible product.
What are the prizes and what is the total prize pool amount?The prize consists of a second year free of the Eligible Product purchased during the competition period. If a participant upgrades their product during the competition, the second year will be for the upgraded product. Downgrades will result in the second year being for the downgraded product. A total of 1,000 winners will be selected, and the total prize pool value is approximately $515,000, depending on the Eligible Products held by the winners. Winners will be notified via email, and their product will be renewed automatically for a second year at no cost. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
