To be eligible to enter, individuals must purchase an Omo product (“Participating Product”), from a participating Woolworths/Safeway store during the Promotional Period (“Qualifying Transaction”).
To enter, individuals must then complete one (1) of the following entry methods:
i. By Internet: Log on to http://omo.com.au/win and follow the prompts to the promotional entry page, enter the requested details (including their contact details, the school they would like to nominate to receive the prize in the event they are a winner, the last 4 digits from the barcode of the Participating Product, and the full Woolworths/Safeway purchase receipt number), and submit the fully completed entry form so it is received by 5:00pm (AEST) on 17.10.2013;

By Mail: Complete the official entry form available in participating Woolworths/Safeway stores, supplying all of the requested details (including their contact details, the school they would like to nominate to receive the prize in the event they are a winner, the last 4 digits from the barcode of the Participating Product, and the full Woolworths/Safeway purchase receipt number), and send the fully completed entry form to: “Omo School Grant Promotion, PO Box 700, Eastern Suburbs MC, NSW 2004″ so it is received by last mail on18.10.2013.
For the sake of clarity, prizes will only be awarded to the school nominated by the winning entrant at the time of entry.
The first (1) valid entry to be drawn from all valid entries received will win the major prize for the school that they have nominated (“Major Draw Winner”). The prize is a school garden for their nominated school designed and built by Jason Hodges (“Major Prize”). The Major Prize is valued up to $20,000 and includes all labour, materials, delivery and construction.
The Major Prize will be constructed by Jason Hodges on Friday 15 November 2013. To be clear, that means that the school nominated by the Major Draw Winner must be able to accept the Major Prize and facilitate the construction of the garden at the school location on Friday 15 November 2013.
The next fourteen (14) valid entries drawn after the Major Draw Winner from all valid entries received (“Draw Winners”) will win: i) a garden kit for their nominated school (including their choice of one (1) of three (3) garden designs created by Jason Hodges, valued at up to $1000 and all of the necessary equipment, tools, and materials required in order to implement the selected design at their nominated school), valued at up to $5,000 (“Minor Prizes”), .No labour/workers will be provided as part of the Minor Prizes, and this will be the responsibility of the nominated school. Jason Hodges will provide the design only, and will not be responsible for the implementation of the design. Total Minor Prize value is $6,000 per prize.
