2. When does the Promotion start and end, and who can enter?The Promotion starts on July 31st, 2023 at 9:00 AM and ends on September 24th, 2023 at 11:59 PM AEST/AEDST. It's open to residents of Australia and New Zealand. Employees of the Promoter and related individuals cannot enter.
3. How do I enter and what are the entry conditions?To enter online, visit www.whichcar.com.au/WIN during the Promotional Period. Fill out the entry form with your full name, email, residential state, daytime telephone number, and answer a short question. If you're under 18, you need parent or legal guardian approval. Only one entry per person is allowed.
4. What should I be aware of when submitting an entry?Entries must be complete, legible, and appropriate. The Promoter may verify entry validity and disqualify entries that don't comply.
5. What costs are associated with entering the Promotion?Any costs associated with entering, including data costs, are your responsibility.
6. How can I enter through a Qualifying Purchase?After making a Qualifying Purchase from participating stores, keep the original purchase receipt or magazine cover as proof. Each entry should be related to a separate purchase. Photocopies won't be accepted.
7. How is the prize drawn and what's the prize?The draw occurs on September 27th, 2023 at 11:00 AM AEST. One valid entry wins a GearWrench Trolley tool kit valued at $6,119 AUD. The total prize pool is worth up to $6,119 AUD (including GST).
8. What happens if I win?The winner will be notified within 7 business days of the draw via telephone and in writing. They'll also be published on WhichCar.com.au on September 27th, 2023. If you're under 18, your prize will be awarded to your parent or legal guardian.
9. Are there any costs associated with the prize?The winner may incur costs related to redeeming the prize or ongoing costs associated with the prize.
10. What else should I know about the Promotion?The Promoter's decision is final. The Promotion can be cancelled or modified in unforeseen circumstances. The Promoter's liability is limited except for statutory consumer guarantees. Personal information will be collected for Promotion purposes and handled according to the privacy policy.
