WHO CAN ENTER?

For the purpose of conducting this competition, only parents or carers of primary school-aged children (aged 6 - 12 years), who are residents of Australia may enter this competition ("Eligible Entrant"). The Promoter retains the absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of an entrant for the purpose of conducting this competition and awarding prizes.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The competition starts at 9am Australian Eastern Standard Time ("AEST") on Wednesday 5 August 2015 & closes at 5pm AEST on Friday 25 September 2015 ("Competition Period").
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter follow these steps:
a. Visit www.healthyactivekids.com.au
b. Click on the link on the homepage for the competition to 'Win a Kitchen Kart for your child's school and $1,000 for you'
c. Follow the instructions to complete and submit the entry form, including telling us in no more than 100 words, "Why is it important to get your kids cooking?"
A valid entry will require the following details to be completed: your name, your contact number and/or email where we can reach you; your child's first name; the name and address of the primary school you'd like to nominate, along with the name of the school's Principal; and your entry statement.
Limit of one entry per Eligible Entrant.
PRIZES:
The Major prize has two parts:
a) Get Kids Cooking Kitchen Kart valued at up to $25,000 which will be delivered to the primary school nominated by the winner for the intention that the prize be used by the school to provide educational cooking activities for primary school aged students.
b) The major prize winner will receive $1,000 for themselves, which will be awarded in the form of a pre-loaded VISA Load&Go Gift Card which will be subject to the issuer's terms of use which can be read at http://auspost.com.au/money-insurance/load-and-go-gift-card.html.
There are five Runner-Up Prizes to be awarded, which have two parts:
a) $1,000 will be awarded to the primary school nominated by each runner-up prize winner, delivered to the school's Principal in the form of a pre-loaded VISA Load&Go Gift Card*. The intention of this prize is for the school to purchase cooking or sporting equipment to provide healthy educational activities for their students.
b) Each runner up winner will receive $100 for themselves, which will be awarded in the form of a pre-loaded VISA Load&Go Gift Card*.
