Win a Girraween National Park Escape, Qld (No Travel) Granite Belt Wine Country

These are the terms and conditions for the Girraween National Park Escape Competition, which is a promotion run by Granite Belt Wine & Tourism. By entering the competition, you agree to these terms and conditions.
The prize can only be used between October 2023 and March 2024 and is subject to availability. It is not valid during Public Holidays and School Holidays.
Only residents of Australia can enter the competition.
All entrants will be subscribed to Granite Belt Wine Country's e-newsletter and can unsubscribe at any time.
The competition is entered through the URL https://granitebeltwinecountry.com.au/win.
The closing date for entry is midnight on March 13, 2023.
Liking, sharing, or tagging on social media is not required to enter the competition.
The competition is open to residents of Australia who are 18 years or older, except for members and contracted employees of Granite Belt Wine & Tourism and their close relatives, and anyone connected to the organization or judging of the competition.
Only one primary entry is allowed per person, and additional entries will be disqualified. Additional entries may be gained by sharing the competition on Facebook, and an additional two entries will be awarded if friends enter the competition from the shared Facebook post.
Winners will be chosen at random by Woobox competition software and verified by the Promoter or its agents.
The winner will be notified by email within 5 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not acknowledge receipt of the prize within 5 days, the prize will be withdrawn, and a replacement winner will be chosen.
The winner's name will be published on Facebook, and it will be available by emailing info@granitebeltwinecountry.com.au 7 days after the closing date.
The prize consists of a 2-night stay at Girraween Environmental Lodge for 2 people in a luxury bush chalet, including a breakfast hamper, and a grazing platter and wine flight for two people at Ballandean Estate. The prize does not include other meals, travel, or additional associated travel expenses.
All components of the prize are subject to operator and product availability, and the prize components may alter at the discretion of the Promoter. The Promoter is not responsible for any additional conditions imposed on the taking of the prize by third parties.
The prize is not transferable in exchange for cash, but it can be transferred to friends or family if the winner is unable to claim the prize.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent substance or value without giving notice.
The prize winner acknowledges that the prize, or any component of the prize, may be subject to the standard terms and conditions of the individual prize supplier(s) and may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by third parties.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions at any time. The Promoter also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
If the competition is not capable of being conducted as intended, the Promoter may cancel, modify, or suspend the competition at its sole discretion.
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook or Instagram.
The Promoter and the Promoter's Agents will not be liable to any person for indirect or consequential loss or damage suffered by any person in connection with entering the competition or as a result of taking the prize.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of Queensland.
