An Entrant can enter the promotion in the following ways.
Hold a valid AAMI Comprehensive Car Insurance Policy during the Promotional Period and complete either of the following:
Log on to www.luckyaami.com.au (Promotional Website) to fully and correctly complete and successfully submit the online entry form, including providing the Entrant’s full name, postcode and current and valid email address; or
fully and correctly complete the specially marked entry form provided in AAMI’s direct mail communication received by the Entrant, including providing the Entrant’s full name, telephone number and current and valid email address, and then mail the completed entry form in the reply paid envelope provided to “Reply Paid 1305, South Melbourne VIC 3205” to be received by last mail on 7/06/2013.
Purchase and pay for a new AAMI Home Building Insurance Policy, AAMI Home Contents Insurance Policy, AAMI Fire and Theft Contents Insurance Policy, AAMI Landlord Insurance Policy or AAMI Strata Title Landlord Insurance Policy (each, a New Home Policy) during the Promotional Period either:
online through AAMI's website at www.aami.com.au; or by calling AAMI on 13 22 44 and speaking to an operator.
The Entrant will receive one (1) entry for each New Home Policy purchased during the Promotional Period.
The first valid and eligible entry drawn from all entries received during the Promotional Period will receive one (1) travel prize to Cape Range National Park on the Ningaloo Coast, Australia for the winner and one (1) travel companion (each aged 18 years or older) for 5 nights to be taken within 12 months of accepting the prize. The maximum total prize is valued at up to $20,185 (Travel Prize). Travel Prize value based on the recommended retail price of prize components, including GST, depending on point of travel departure. The Travel Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash (unless otherwise indicated). AAMI accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the Travel Prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought. AAMI accepts no responsibility for any variation in Travel Prize value. Acceptance of the Travel Prize is subject to any prevailing terms and conditions of the relevant accommodation, transport, services and transfer providers, in particular, any stated health, behaviour, age and safety requirements. No compensation will be payable if a winner, or their travel companion, is unable to use any element of the Travel Prize as stated for whatever reason, including refusal of entry or ejection from the venues or participation in certain activities for health, age, behavioural or safety reasons. Any part of the Travel Prize that is not taken for any reason is forfeited. The Travel Prize consists of:
Two (2) adult return premium economy airfares to Exmouth airport, Australia from the Australian capital city airport closest to the ordinary residential address of the winner (inclusive of airfare related taxes and charges). However, if the winner ordinary resides in Western Australia and their home address is closer to Exmouth than Perth airport (Residing at a Closer Location), AAMI will provide two (2) return economy (premium only if available) commercial fixed wing airfares from the winner’s nearest commercially operated airport to Exmouth airport. For example if the winner resides in Geraldton, Karratha, Broome or Port Hedland. If no such commercial airport and commercial flight option is available to Exmouth for a winner Residing at a Closer Location, then the airfare component of the Travel Prize is forfeited. Furthermore, if the winner’s ordinary residential address is within 200km of Ningaloo Marine Park, then the airfare component of the Travel Prize is forfeited;
Five (5) nights’ luxury lodge accommodation at Sal Salis Ningaloo Reef Resort, Cape Range National Park, Exmouth Gulf Western Australia, national park entry, three meals per person per day, and select open bar (with select food) included;
One (1) day tour for two adults including transfers, gourmet buffet lunch, champagne, snacks and a gift pack. The winners can choose between a fishing charter, whale shark charter or a marine wildlife cruise;
additional guided trips including snorkeling, kayaking and gorge walks with gear and equipment included;
$2,000 AUD spending money for the winner (only); and return transfers between Exmouth Airport and Sal Salis Ningaloo Reef Resort.
