1. These Terms and Conditions govern the Competition.
All other information provided prior to entering the Competition, including any instructions on how to enter the Competition, form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this Competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Any entry not complying with these Terms and Conditions is invalid.
2. HOW TO ENTER
To enter, eligible individuals must;

4. Multiple entries will be accepted

3. The following conditions apply to this prize:
The Major Prize consists of: a trip for two (2) on Contiki’s Boot, Scoot 'N' Blues trip and includes 11 nights accommodation, 9 breakfasts and 5 dinners. Due to seasonal variances, forms of transport, accommodation, and other inclusions such as meals, sightseeing tours and other attractions may be substituted. 1 person will win the prize and be able to bring a passenger of their choosing, the passenger must also be between 18-35 yerars of age. Changes to the itinerary can be made at any time. Airfares are not included in the prize and are the responsibility of the winner. It is the winner’s responsibility to arrange their transport to meet with the tour.
Total prize value is up to AUD$5,554*. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and not redeemable for cash. Prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash, any unused portions of the prize will be forfeited .Additional spending money, additional meals, taxes, insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, transport to and from departure point, additional transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included and are the winner’s responsibility unless otherwise stated. It is compulsory that the Winners take out comprehensive travel insurance before they travel. Contiki Holidays have the right to refuse passengers without the required insurance cover to join our tours. The prize is subject to tour availability and conditions. The trip is valid for travel UP UNTIL 31 December 2017 only. The final travel date must be confirmed to Contiki at least 45 days prior to intended departure from Australia otherwise the prize will no longer be valid and will be forfeited. Extension cannot be issued. Booking and cancellation conditions apply as per the Contiki USA & Canada 2016-2018 brochure.
If a Winner is not contactable or the Prize is not claimed by the Winner prior to 31st of August 2016 the Prize will be forfeited and will be awarded to an alternate winner. The Promoter reserves the right to reselect an alternative Winner as necessary to distribute the Prize/s subject to any directions given by the relevant authority.
It is the responsibility of Prize Winner to ensure they have obtained all relevant visas and vaccinations, and comply with all other requirements, for travel to their chosen destination. The Promoter makes no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at any destination. International travel advice can be obtained from various sources, including government, local consular offices and the web site of the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
Prize Winner must hold a valid credit card and present it at the accommodation to cover any incidental charges they include during their stay. Any components of the Prize not used by the winner is forfeited and the Promoter is not obliged to provide the winner with the cash equivalent of or any substitute for any Prize component in those circumstances

4. By participating and uploading a Photograph, the participant confirms
1. That he / she has personally created the photograph that is submitted
2. That he / she agrees to not submit any photographs of a pornographic or illegal nature and that the Promoter reserves the right to disregard any images of such a nature
3. That he / she is the sole owner and copyright owner of the photograph
4. That he / she has permission from anyone pictured within the content
5. That he/she gives the Promoter of the Competition and its associated agencies permission to use their name and/or photograph for promotion, advertising, marketing or other purposes to promote their involvement with the Contiki Follow Me Photography Competition in perpetuity across all media.
5. Who Can Enter
Entry is only open to residents of Australia who are eighteen years (18 -35 years old). Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating retailers and agencies associated with this Competition are ineligible to enter.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.Multiple entries are accepted as long as the entrant has met all the entry criteria on each submission
The Entrant acknowledges and agrees that his or her Entry will not be obscene, defamatory, libelous, threatening, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or encouraging of conduct that would be considered a criminal offence, gives rise to civil liability, or violate any law.
The Entrant confirms and warrants that they have full power and authority to enter into this agreement and hereby indemnifies the Promoter from and against any and all costs and damages incurred as a result of any breach of these Terms and Conditions. Contiki Holidays (Australia) Pty Ltd (ABN: 18 002 525 340) ('Promoter') takes all care but no responsibility to ensure that all entries are received and processed. The promoter will be in no way responsible for any entry not being processed due to technical fault, omission or any oversight. All entry processing, finalist shortlisting, vote quantification and judging co-ordination will take place at the office of the Promoter, 35 Grafton Street, Bondi Junction 2034
6. How to Win
The Competition commences at 9am AEST on Monday the 11th July 2016 and closes at 5pm AEST on Saturday 13th August 2016 (the "Competition Period"). The Winner will be announced via instagram.com/contiki & Contiki.com/ on Friday the 19th of August 2016.
At the conclusion of the Competition Period, one (1) Entry will be selected as a Major Prize winner of the Competition by a panel appointed by the Promoter (the "Winner"), at the Promoter's sole discretion. Each Entry will be judged on creative merit. This is a competition of skill and chance plays no part in the determination of the Winner.
All entry processing, finalist shortlisting, vote quantification and judging co-ordination will take place at the office of the Promoter, 35 Grafton Street, Bondi Junction 2022. The panel's decision is final and binding upon all entrants and no correspondence will be entered into. Entrants who are not winners will not receive any notification. The Winner shall be notified via an Instagram post on their winning entry, followed by a confirmation email.
7. Release for Promotional Activities
The information provided by an entrant to the promotion may be used by the Promoter in accordance with the following:
As part of sales campaigns, contests, invitations and loyalty programs to communicate with finalists and winners by the Promoter and their agencies, clients or related 3rd parties for the actions and goals outlined within points.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry/voting process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
If the Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.

If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned due to any reason including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who in the opinion of Promoter, engaged in conduct in entering the Promotion which is fraudulent, infringes third party intellectual property rights, is misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify a winner if the Promoter becomes aware that the winner and/or the winner's entry is of a type described in this clause.
It is a condition of accepting any prize that the winner may be required to sign a release of liability in a form to be determined in the absolute discretion of the Promoter.
By providing information in connection with this competition, each entrant grants to the Promoter and all Sponsors, a world-wide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, non-transferable, absolute and irrevocable license, right and permission to use, re-use, publish, re-publish, publicly display, perform, transmit, exhibit, and reproduce the information including any photograph entered as part of this Promotion, the entrant's name, address, e-mail address, statements, video, voice, photograph, or other likeness, in whole or in part, individually and/or in conjunction with other material, including without limitation, text, photographs, or images, in any medium (whether now known or hereafter invented) and for any and all purposes, including but not limited to advertising, publicity, promotion, packaging, and trade, throughout the world without restriction as to manner, frequency, or duration of usage, but only in connection with this Promotion (which, without limitation, includes the Promoter's websites and, Twitter, Instagram & Facebook pages used in connection with the Promotion), each entrant consents to any infringement of their moral rights.
Each entrant agrees that their name, address, e-mail address, statements, video, voice, photograph, or other likeness may be used with whatever visuals, copy, or other elements the Sponsors may determine, in its sole discretion, for all media usage (including, but not limited to, usage on the Internet), but only in connection with this Promotion (which, without limitation, includes the Promoter's and/or the Sponsors' websites and Facebook pages used in connection with the Promotion).
Each entrant hereby waives any right they may have to inspect and approve the finished product and the advertising/publicity copy that may be used, and hereby release and discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Promoter and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and any designees, including without limitation, the Promoter's licensees, successors, and assigns, from and against any and all liabilities, losses, claims, demands, costs (including without limitation attorneys fees) and expenses arising out of or in connection with any use granted hereunder, including but not limited to any claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, right of publicity or copyright infringement.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter and the Sponsors (including their officers, employees and agents) exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by the winner or entrant; or (f) use of the prize.
The Promoter reserves the right to change or amend any of the Terms and Conditions outlined above with adequate and fair notification to all participants involved in the promotion and in no way is held responsible for any consequential actions stemming from these changes.
As a condition of accepting the prize, the Winner (and his/her companion) must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
8. Exclusion of Liability
If this Competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
Any cost associated with accessing Instagram and mobile applications is the Entrant's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. The use of any automated software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the competition, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any claim or offer that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in gift value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a entrant; or (f) use of a Prize.
22. The Promoter and its associated agencies shall not be liable in any way if the performance of obligations hereunder is delayed or becomes impossible by reason of any Act of God, war, fire, earthquake, strike, sickness, accident, civil commotion or any other cause. Privacy Policy and Consent
The Promoter does not collect any personal information in this competition. If your entry is selected as a winning entry, you will be contacted by Contiki on Instagram and asked to contact us for the purposes of distributing your prize to you.
