WHO CAN ENTER?

Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The Promotion commences at 5:00pm AEST on 3 May 2016 and ends at 5:00pm AEST on 27 May 2016 (“Promotional Period”).
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, individuals must visit gobehindthescenery.com.au Insider’s Guide (http://www.gobehindthescenery.com.au/insiders-guide), enter the requested details (including their full name and a valid email address) and by providing one answer to the question within the comments section of the competition post, “Tell us in 25 words or less why you are the best candidate for southern exposure this winter?” and submit the fully completed subscription registration form during the Promotional Period.
Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
Only one (1) entry is permitted per person.
PRIZE:
The best valid entry as determined by the Promoter will win the Prize, being a trip to Hobart, Tasmania for two (2) adults, valued at up to $4778 depending on point of departure. The Prize includes three (3) night twin-share accommodation in Hobart – check-in 10 June 2016 check-out 13 June 2016; hire car for four (4) days – pick-up Hobart Airport 10 June 2016, drop-off Hobart Airport 13 June 2016; one (1) Canon EOS M3 Camera; and the following Dark Mofo tickets for two (2) adults:
• Friday 10 June, 5pm – Dark Park Opening + Instameet
• Friday 10 June, 7.30pm – Zhu
• Saturday 11 June, 4pm – Mona Field Lines opening with Posh Pit ferry return transport
• Saturday 11 June, 9pm – Supercodex
• Saturday 11 June, 10pm – Blacklist
• Sunday 12 June, 2.30pm – Black Arm Band
• Sunday 12 June, 7pm – Lustmord OR 8pm Ben Salter
• Sunday 12 June, 10pm – Blacklist (‘the Prize’).
If the winner is not from Tasmania, the Prize also includes return economy airfares from any Australian capital city to Hobart, Tasmania for two (2) adults departing 10 June 2016 and returning 13 June 2016. If the winner is from Tasmania, then the Prize does not include airfares and the airfare component of the Prize is not redeemable for cash.
The winner (and their companions) are responsible for all other expenses including travel to and from the departure point, petrol, car hire excess, spending money, food provisions, drinks, transfers, laundry charges, activities (unless specified), incidentals, taxes, energy surcharges, gratuities, services charges, travel insurance and all other ancillary costs. Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect against the additional costs incurred in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
The Prize is only valid for travel commencing Friday 10 June 2016 and concluding Monday 13 June 2016 and is not valid for any travel other than the dates specified above. If travel has not been redeemed within this time period, tickets shall be deemed null and void.
The winner and his/her companion must comply with all regular terms and conditions of the elements of the Prize including, but not limited to, the accommodation provider, and car hire company.
The winner and his/her companions must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together. Itinerary to be determined by the winner in agreement with the Promoter, but in the event that agreement cannot be reached, the Promoter reserves the right to determine the itinerary. The itinerary cannot be changed by the winner once the booking has been confirmed by the Promoter.
Frequent flyer points will not form part of the Prize.
The Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. The winner may be required to present their credit card or make a cash deposit at time of accommodation check in for all incidental charges.
The Prize is valued up to a total of $4778 (GST inclusive). The Prize value is based upon the recommended retail prices at the time of printing (inclusive of GST). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for a change in the Prize value between now and the Prize redemption date.
