LIMIT
One entry per person.
DRAW
17th September 2016 on 9am the offices of the Promoter.
CLAIM PERIOD
1 weeks.
NOTIFICATION
Via email on 21st September 2016.
PRIZES
The prizes consists of the packages outlined below, valued at the Total Prize Value as deemed by Melbourne Central and Concrete Playground.
Each Winner's use of the Prize is subject to:
(a) any Special Conditions (if applicable); and
(b) additional terms and conditions imposed by the supplier(s) of the Prize (if any).
The Prize is not transferable and not redeemable for other goods or services. The Prize must be taken as a whole and as stated in these Terms and Conditions.
No alternative will be provided and no compensation will be payable if a Winner is unable to use the Prize.
The value of the Prize is correct as at the start of the Competition.
If the Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value and/or specification subject to any direction by the regulatory authorities.
Prize details:
- One night's accommodation for two at St Jerome's Hotel on the Melbourne Central roof.
- Front of the line access to a new virtual reality experience that takes viewers back to the late 1800s when the iconic Coops Shot Tower was still in use.
- A tour of Melbourne Central's hidden nooks and crannies with local history-buff Dale Campisi (September 24 or 25).
- Two tickets to Melbourne Central's VIP Birthday Event (September 7).
- $250 worth of Melbourne Central shopping vouchers.

By entering the competition and submitting your email you are opting in to receive Concrete Playground and Melbourne Central email newsletters. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
ELIGIBILITY
By entering this Competition, Entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Special Conditions, information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions
ENTRY
Entry is open only to the Entrants.
This Competition will be conducted during the Entry Period. Entries must be received by the Promoter during the Entry Period.
Entries received after the Entry Period will not count towards the Competition. The Promoter is not responsible for any late, lost or misdirected entries.
To enter this Competition, Entrants must complete the Entry, subject to the Limit.
Entry to this Competition is free.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of an Entry and to disqualify an Entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an Entry that does not, in the Promoter's sole discretion, comply with these Terms and Conditions.
All Entries become the property of the Promoter.
The Winner will be responsible for covering their own travel expenses within Melbourne, or any additional travel components not specifies within the prize package. Any extension or variation of the travel dates nominated by the Promoter will be at the cost and responsibility of the winner. No changes allowed once the prize has been booked.
