Who can enter the Club Betta Testers Program?The program is open to Club Betta members who are Australian residents aged over 18 years. Employees and their immediate families of BSR or its related bodies corporate are not eligible to participate in the program.
When can they enter the program?The application for the program opens on 17th June 2023 and closes at 11:59 pm AEST on 30th June 2023.
How can they enter the program?Interested individuals can apply by visiting https://www.betta.com.au/club-betta-testers and completing the application form. The application form requires participants to explain in 25 words or less why they believe they would be the best candidate to test the Hisense 65-inch 4K UHD Smart TV.
What is the prize they can win?The selected participant will receive a Hisense 65-inch 4K UHD Smart TV to test, review, and keep.
What is the total worth of the prize?RRP $1295.00
What is required of the winner once they receive the prize?The selected participant must test the product and submit a review of the product via the review button on the product page within 14 days of receiving the TV. They must also upload 1-2 quality photographs of the product in use with the review. They must provide honest feedback in their review, which can be positive or negative. If they fail to submit their review within 14 days, they will have to return the TV to the closest Betta store.
What is the basis for selecting the winner?The winner is selected based on the originality and creativity of their response to the question on the application form. The decision is made at the discretion of BSR Franchising Pty Ltd. It is not a game of chance but a game of skill.
What are the conditions regarding the content submitted by the participants?Participants are fully responsible for the content they submit, including comments, recordings, and images. They must not submit any content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, violent, abusive, threatening, or unsuitable for children aged under 15. The content must not infringe the rights of any third party and should not contain any viruses that could cause harm. They must obtain consent from any person or property owner that appears in the content.
What rights do participants grant to BSR regarding the content they submit?Participants grant BSR, its affiliates, and sub-licensees a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, and sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display the content for any purpose, including promotional, marketing, or publicity purposes, in any media, without compensation, restriction on use, attribution, or liability.
