WHO IS ELIGIBLE?

The Promotion is open to Australian Residents only who are over the age of 18. All customers who purchase a Zoom policy between 12:01am on 20th November 2017 and midnight on 20th December go into the draw to win.
This Promotion is not open to any employees or family members of employees of Zoom or its related companies.

PRIZE CONDITIONS
No part of the prize is exchangeable or transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The Prize Draw will be made at 11:00am AEST Thursday 21st December 2017 at the Zoom office. The winner will be chosen randomly by a computerised system (Winner). The first Winner selected shall win the main prize.
There is a total of one draw to be made for the entire promotional period.
Each selected Zoom participant will be automatically entered into the Draw once they purchase travel insurance between the Promotion Period.
The Winners will be notified by telephone and in writing via email within 48 hours of the draw to confirm delivery of their prize. Zoom shall liaise with winner and suppliers to organise logistics.
Any Winner who cannot be contacted either by telephone or email due to overseas travel will be contacted again upon their return. If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days after their return to Australia, they will forfeit his/her right to the Prize and that Prize will be re-drawn using the list of eligible entrants (excluding any Ineligible Persons) who had joined the competition during the Promotion Period.
If a Winner becomes an Ineligible Person, his/her Prize will be re-drawn using the list of eligible entrants (excluding any Ineligible Persons) who had joined the competition during the Promotion Period. This redraw will be conducted at the Zoom offices at the earliest opportunity and the winner will be chosen randomly by a computerised system.
Winner of any re-draws will be contacted by telephone and notified in writing by email within 48 hours to confirm delivery of their Prize.
