he conditions of entry into the Promotion are as follows: (a) entrants must visit the website created for the Promotion, www.myholidaycentre.com.au/WIN (Website); (b) entrants must complete the entry form and answer in 50 words or less ?What you plan to do in Hawaii should you win' and submit the entry form on the Website; (c) by submitting the entry form, entrants agree to become a subscriber of the Promoter (and its related companies), and give their consent to receiving marketing communications from the Promoter (and its related companies); (d) by agreeing to become a subscriber of the Promoter (and its related companies), each entrant acknowledges and agrees that personal information obtained by the Promoter regarding each entrant will be used for the purposes of the Promotion and for the purposes of informing each entrant of other sales, promotions, offers or activities available from the Promoter (and its related companies) from time to time. (e) only one entry form is permitted per person except as outlined under point 6 below. For entering the Promotion, each entrant will receive one entry into the prize draw. An entrant will receive additional entries into the prize draw when; (a) they complete an online questionnaire featuring 5 questions. All questions must be answered and the questionnaire submitted to receive an additional entry. (b) for every other person (Referred Person) with whom the entrant shares the Promotion by using the message forwarding selection located on the Website. Entrants should only share the Promotion with family, friends or other individuals with whom they have an existing relationship. An additional entry will not be provided for a Referred Person if the email address entered for the Referred Person is not in a valid email address format and/or an existing email address, and/or where spam software has been used to generate referral email address entries and/or where the Promotion has been shared with the same Referred Person multiple times. If the entrant completes the questionnaire or shares the Promotion, they will receive a $100 travel voucher entitling the entrant to $100 credit towards any travel booking made with My Holiday Centre on or before 31 December 2014. A minimum spend of $1000 per person applies. These vouchers are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and will expire after 31 December 2014. Each entrant will receive only one of these vouchers, even if the entrant has multiple entries in the prize draw (referred to above). Applicable to new bookings only.
