WHO CAN ENTER?

Entry in the Promotion is only open to Australian residents 18 years and over, excluding:
management, employees, directors and contractors of the Promoter, its related entities and other  agencies, firms or companies associated with the Promotion (including suppliers of the prize);
a spouse, de-facto spouse, parent, guardian, child or sibling of a person referred to in paragraph 8(a) of these Conditions of Entry;
persons who have breached the terms and conditions of any prior promotion run by or on behalf of the Promoter,
(“Entrant”). The Promoter is responsible for determining whether a person is an Entrant in its absolute discretion.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The Promotion will commence at 00:01 AEDT on 26/02/2016 and conclude at 23:59 AEDT on 31/03/2016 (“Promotion Period”).
HOW TO ENTER:
To receive one (1) entry in the prize draw and be eligible to win, Entrants must, during the Promotion Period:
visit  www.swanninsurance.com.au (“Swann Insurance Website”) or call 13 RIDE (13 7433);
follow the links/prompts to obtain an obligation free quote for motorcycle insurance; 
complete and submit the online insurance quote form or provide the relevant information to the call centre representative (as the case may be), including a response to all requested details, and agree to be contacted by the Promoter with future promotional and marketing materials (however, you may, at any point, revoke such consent); and
retain, and if requested produce, a copy of the email which is automatically generated after submitting a quote application,  (“Eligible Entry”).
Entrants may submit a limit of one (1) Eligible Entry in the Promotion.
