The competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over, excluding residents of the Northern Territory. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Hunter Valley Wine & Tourism Association, and associated agencies are not eligible to enter.

The competition closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 14 January 2025 for online entries. Entries via a Promotional Stand (such as cellar doors and events) will close at the end of business on 14 January 2025.

To enter, simply submit your entry for free between 12:01am AEDT on 18 October 2024 and 11:59pm AEDT on 14 January 2025. Promotional Stand entries (including cellar doors and events) are open from 9:00am local time on 18 October 2024 until close of business on 14 January 2025.
