By entering the “GENESIS G70 PROMOTION” Competition (“the Competition”), you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
1. STANDARD TERMS
1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry.
2. WHO CAN ENTER
2.1 Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open to all residents of Australia 18 years of age or older where the Channel Seven signal and its affiliated networks (“Affiliates”) signals are received.
2.2 Employees and their immediate families of the Seven Network (Operations) Limited, Ansible Pty Ltd, Hyundai Motor Company Australia Pty Limited, and their associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 The Competition commences on Sunday 19 November 2017 at 10:00am AEDT and concludes on Sunday 26 November 2017 at 11:59pm AEDT (“the Competition Period”). The winner is drawn Monday 27 November 2017 at 10.00 am AEDT.
3.2 In order to enter the Competition, viewers must:
a) Enter via www.genesisg70competition.com.au and complete the entry form including full name, full address including suburb, state, postcode, date of birth, contact phone number and email address.
b) Answer the multiple-choice question, ‘Who won the 2016 Emirates Australian Open?’
3.3 Entries are limited to one entry per person. More than one entry per person may lead to all entries by that person being deemed invalid, at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
4. PRIZES
4.1 There will be One (1) Winner, randomly drawn, who will win ONE (1) of the prize packages detailed in clause 4.2 below.

(This prize will be won if a golf tournament professional in the 2017 Australian Open Golf Tournament does hit a ‘hole in one’ on the 15th hole.)

Private transfers
2 x 2 games of golf at Torrey Pines
2 days at the Genesis Open in the Bluffs Hospitality tent including food and beverage (2 people per day).

Total maximum value for theprize is $75,000.00. Prize value is correct as at the date of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between now and the ultimate date on which the prize is taken.
4.3 The Prize that the Winner is awarded in the Competition depends on the following factors:
4.3.1 Tournament golf professionals will be in the running to win the Genesis G70 vehicle. The first tournament golf professional to score a ‘hole in one’ on the 15th hole at the Australian Golf Club, Sydney will win the vehicle. If a tournament golf professional does NOT score a ‘hole in one’ on the 15th hole during the tournament, then the winning entry that is drawn in the Competition will win the brand-new Genesis G70 (‘G70 Prize’.)
IN THE EVENT THAT THE G70 IS NOT YET AVAILABLE IN AUSTRALIA AT THE TIME OF THE DRAW, THE WINNER WILL HAVE THE OPTION OF WAITING FOR THE AUSTRALIAN RELEASE OF THE G70 TO RECEIVE THEIR PRIZE, OR RECEIVING THE G80 AS THEIR PRIZE WITH A MAXIMUM RRP of $75,000. IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT THAT THE DELAY OF THE AUSTRALIAN RELEASE OF THE G70 IS GREATER THAN 3 MONTHS, THE WINNER WILL BE REQUIRED TO RECEIVE THE G80 AS THEIR PRIZE.
4.3.2 If a tournament golf professional does score a ‘hole in one’ on the 15th hole during the tournament then the winning entry drawn in the Competition will win a trip for two (2) people to Los Angeles, USA for the Genesis Open at Riviera Golf Club valued at up to AUD$15,000 (‘the Golfing Holiday Prize’).
4.4 The G70 prize total value is up to AU$75,000 including registration, compulsory third party insurance, stamp duty and dealer delivery charges (which may vary State by State). Additional insurance, options, petrol and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the Winner. Exact colour of vehicle awarded is determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. The Winner may be required to collect the prize from their nearest authorised Genesis dealership
4.5 The Golfing Holiday Prize includes:
Return economy airfares from the winner’s nearest Australian capital city to Los Angeles, USA for two (2) people.
Private transfers or use of a Genesis vehicle;

Santa Monica to LAX
A total of six (6) nights twin share accommodation including:
Two (2) nights at Hilton La Jolla, Torrey Pines with breakfast included daily

Torrey Pines South Course
Access for two (2) days (including hospitality) to the Genesis Open at River Country Club.
4.6 Unless expressly stated in these terms and conditions all other expenses become the responsibility of the prize Winner and (where applicable) their companion, including but not limited to all travel, meals, spending money, incidentals, mini-bar, laundry, room service, telephone calls, taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), transport to and from nearest capital city airport in Australia, all additional transfers, insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs. A credit card imprint may be required by hotel or other accommodation providers for incidentals (which are not included in the prize unless otherwise expressly set out in clause 4.2 above).
4.7 The Golfing Holiday Prize must be taken to coincide with the Genesis Open event at Riviera Golf Club with flights departing on 13 February 2018 and is subject to booking and flight availability. During the entire duration of the Golfing Holiday Prize, a nominated parent/guardian must accompany any person under 18 years of age. The winner and his/her companion are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, and any requisite visas, vaccinations and travel documentation. The winner and his/her companion must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together. Itinerary to be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize. Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. 4.8 If for any reason the winner does not take the prize (or an element of the prize) at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash.
4.9 In the event that an element of a travel, event, concert or other similar prize outlined above is, for any reason, cancelled, postponed or not available, that element(s) of the prize will be considered as forfeited and no cash alternative offer will be granted in lieu of the part of the prize.
4.10 The Golfing Holiday Prize is subject to the relevant event venues and ticket terms and conditions, including any applicable age restriction. The Promoter and event organisers hereby expressly reserve the right to eject any winner (and/or his/her companion) for any inappropriate behaviour, at their absolute discretion, including but not limited to intoxication, whilst participating in any element of the prize.
4.11 In accepting the prize, the winners consent to participate in and co-operate with all reasonable media editorial requests, including but not limited to, being interviewed and photographed, and the winners grant the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
4.12 A Winner’s entry (including their name, image and/or voice, photograph, film and/or recording of the same and any other media editorial undertaken by the Winner in connection with this Promotion) may be used by the Promoter and the Prize Sponsor within Channel Seven or Hyundai’s promotional assets for a period of 18 months after being announced the winning entry. The Winner will not be entitled for any fee for such use.
4.13 The winners agree they will not sell or otherwise provide their story and/or photographs to any media or other organisation.
4.14 Prizes detailed in clause 4.2 are not exchangeable or transferable.
4.15 Independent financial advice should be sought as tax implications may arise as a result of accepting the prize.

5. HOW TO WIN
5.1 There will be one (1) prize winner in total drawn from the national pool of entrants.
5.2 The prize winner draw will take place at Ansible Pty Ltd, Level 1, 16 Anster Street, Adelaide SA 5000 on Monday 27 November 2017 at 10:00am AEDT.
5.3 The Prize Winner will be will be notified by a phone call by the Promoter within two business days from the draw, and a letter advising the Winner of their prize will also be express posted. The Winner’s entry details will be published in the Public Notes section of The Australian newspaper on [DATE[KP1]
5.4 The Promoter’s decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
5.5 It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner (and any companions) may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
5.6 The Promoter may in its absolute discretion deem entries invalid subsequently to a winner being notified or a winner’s name being announced if it is discovered that the winner did not enter the Competition in accordance with these terms and conditions. In these circumstances, no additional draw will be conducted.
Subject to state government legislation, and if required, an unclaimed prize draw will take place on [DATE/TIME[KP2] ] at Ansible Pty Ltd, Level 1, 16 Anster Street, Adelaide SA 5000 . Winner(s) will be notified by mail and their details published in the Public Notes section of The Australian newspaper on [DATE[KP3] ] if required.
6. NO LIABILITY
6.1 In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the Competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the Competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions, subject to state government legislation.
6.2 Seven Network (Operations) Limited, Ansible Pty Ltd and their associated agencies and companies will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost or misdirected mail.
6.3 Seven Network (Operations) Limited, Ansible Pty Ltd and their associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss (including but not limited to consequential loss) or claim that may occur:
a) during the entry process or the draw;
b) in the acceptance, participation or use of any element(s) of the prize;
c) as a consequence of late, lost or misdirected mail;
d) due to the broadcast of any program relating to the Competition or the publication of any material, including any statements made by any compere, staff member, journalist, other entrants or any other person;
e) in relation to failure of an SMS entry message to be received by the Promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion; or
f) arising from or related to any problem or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines or mobile communications network related to or resulting from participation in this promotion.
6.4 Seven Network (Operations) Limited assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available, subject to state government legislation.
6.5 If for any reason the Competition is not capable of running as planned, due to causes including but not limited to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition, subject to state government legislation.
6.6 By entering the competition, and by collecting a prize, the winner acknowledges and accepts that driving, travel and any other activities comprising the prize, are inherently dangerous and may result in death, injury, incapacity, damage to property or other losses. The Promoter is not responsible for any acts of god, such as adverse weather conditions or industrial action or civil commotion that may occur whilst the winner is travelling. It is the responsibility of the prize-winner to enquire about local issues and conditions at destinations prior to travel.

7.3 Entry details remain the property of the Promoter. Hyundai Motor Company Australia Pty Limited, on behalf of Seven Network (Operations) Limited and its related entities is collecting the entrant’s personal information on behalf of Seven for the purpose of conducting and promoting this Competition (including for the purpose of identifying and notifying winners and understanding Seven’s audiences).
