WHO CAN ENTER?Entry is open to all residents of Australia who are 18 years of age or over. However, employees and their immediate families of Australian Vintage Limited, Salmat Digital Pty Limited, Storyhub Pty Limited, and their associated retailers, agencies and companies are not eligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step- child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The competition commences on Monday 1st August 2016 at 00:01 (AEST) and concludes on Friday 30th September 2016 at 23:59 (AEST) (“The Promotional Period”).
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, during the Promotional Period, participants must in a single transaction, purchase any two bottles of McGuigan wine (“Qualifying Purchase”) from a participating independent retailer and either:
a. send an SMS message to 19 701 234 providing details, including but not limited to full name, address and the last five (5) digits of the Qualifying Purchase receipt number. SMS entrants will receive a free reply message to confirm their entry to the competition. Or;
b. visit www.mcguiganpromotions.com.au and register their details including but not limited to full name, address, phone number, e-mail address and Qualifying Purchase receipt number.
Entrants can visit www.mcguiganpromotions.com.au to view a list of participating South Australian independent retailers.
Entrants must ensure that they receive a receipt for their Qualifying Purchase, if one is not automatically provided to them.
For the purposes of this promotion, a participating independent retailer is any store displaying material advertising this promotion during the Promotional Period and stocking McGuigan Wines.
Entrants must retain their original purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period but prior to entry.
The SMS entry mechanic is only open to consumers with a SMS compatible mobile phone connected to a service provider which permits text messaging to the promotional SMS number. It is recommended that entrants check with their individual service provider in this regard.

SMS winners may be contacted by SMS and/or phone and, if necessary, the Promoter will record their address details so that The Prize may be awarded. SMS entries via the Internet are ineligible.
