American Classics – Win a Limited Edition American Classics Jukebox 
Terms and Conditions 
1.  To enter ‘Win a Jukebox’ competition entrant must enter name, his/her e-mail address and postcode of current residence.
2.  To enter the promotion, eligible persons must, within the competition period, complete an entry form at https://www.krispykreme.com.au/Krispyclassics
3.  By submitting the entry form entrant is ‘Subscribing’ to Krispy Kreme Australia newsletter. You may unsubscribe at any time.
4.  Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and older.
5.  Entry is not open to residents of South Australia and Northern Territory.
6.  Employees of Krispy Kreme Australia Pty Limited (Promoter), Contractors, related agencies or members of immediate family (“Immediate family” means spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, siblings (whether natural or adopted by a parent) are ineligible to enter this competition.
7.  Any costs associated with entering remain the responsibility of each entrant and are dependent on the internet service provider used
8.  No responsibility is accepted for lost, late or misdirected entries. Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions, will be deemed invalid.
9. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
10.  The competition commences 10:00am (AEST) Tuesday 12th April 2016 and closes on 10:00am AEST on Tuesday 17th May 2016.
11.  Entries will be deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission by the entrant.
12.  There are 20 prizes to be won. Each prize includes a limited edition American Classics Jukebox, delivery to one address and 11 American Classics Doughnuts as listed – 3 x Coconut Cream Pie, 3 x The Big Apple Pie, 3 x Campfire S’mores and 2 x Peanut Butter Jelly Time Doughnuts.
13.  Each week there will be 4 winners. 1 winner per state in NSW, QLD, VIC and WA.
14.  Each prize is valued at $99.95. Total value of prize pool is $1999.00. Any single prize does not exceed $1,000 and total prize pool will be capped at $100,000.00
15.  Prize must be taken as stated, and is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash or any other product. The Promoter will not be liable in the event that the winning entrant does not take, or is unable to use, the prize or any portion of it for any reason.
16.  If any of the prizes are unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to state regulation and subsequent approval.
17.  The random prize draw will take place at Level 1, Suite 1.04, 100 Collins Street Alexandria NSW 2015 at 11:00am (AEST) on the following dates - Tuesday 19th April 2016, 26th April 2016, 3rd May 2016, 10th May 2016 and 17th of May 2016.
18.  Winners will be selected at random in line with the national TPL requirements and under NSW permit –LTPM/16/00094
19.  Winners will be notified via e-mail by 1:00pm (AEST) on date/s of the random draws - Tuesday 19th April 2016, 26th April 2016, 3rd May 2016, 10th May 2016 and 17th of May 2016.
20.  By participating in the competition, the winning entrant/s agree to participate and co-operate as required in all editorial and media/PR activities relating to the competition, including but not limited to being featured on Krispy Kreme Australia website and Krispy Kreme Australia social media accounts. 21.  Winners will be required to e-mail us back their full name and street address to receive delivery of the prize. 22.  Prizes will be delivered via a third part courier to the 4 winners within 5 business days of receiving their street addresses.
23.  Whilst best efforts will be made to contact the winners, in the event that for any reason the winners cannot be notified after reasonable attempts, then the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize. If the prize is unclaimed after three months, it will be redrawn on Wednesday 17th August 2016 at the same time and place as the original draw and the winner notified by e-mail.
24.  Due to the limited time availability of the American Classics doughnut range, any winners drawn in the redraw will receive the promotional product available at the time.
