Who can enter?Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Participating Stores, and associated agencies are ineligible to enter. Immediate family includes spouses, ex-spouses, de-facto spouses, children, step-children, parents, step-parents, grandparents, step-grandparents, uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, brothers, sisters, step-brothers, step-sisters, or 1st cousins.
When does it close?Entries into the promotion open at 12:00 am AEST and close at 11:59 pm AEDST for each Participating Store on specific dates:
- Bottlemart/Bottlemart Express/Harry Brown/Sip’n’Save: Opens on 06/09/2023 and closes on 17/10/2023.
- Thirsty Camel W Opens on 05/09/2023 and closes on 16/10/2023.
How can one enter?To enter, individuals must spend $20 or more on any Jack Daniel’s product at a Participating Store during the Promotional Period ("Qualifying Transaction"). After completing a Qualifying Transaction, entrants must visit the respective website for the Participating Store, follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, provide requested details (full name, email, phone number), upload a copy of the purchase receipt, and submit the fully completed entry form during the Promotional Period.
What is the prize won, and what is the total worth of the prize?1. The first valid entry drawn will win one (1) 2023 model year Jack Daniel's Indian Motorcycle Chief Bobber Dark Horse, valued at up to $37,995, inclusive of 12 months registration, compulsory third party insurance, stamp duty, and dealer delivery charges (which may vary). Additional insurance, options, and ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner.
2. The next one hundred (100) valid entries drawn will each win one (1) Steen Jones x Jack Daniel's T-shirt valued at $50 RRP each. Sizes of the T-shirt will be sent to winners at the discretion of the Promoter.
The total prize pool value is up to $42,995.
