To enter, individuals must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
a) spend $20.00 or more in one transaction on either Caltex Vortex 98, Caltex Vortex 95 premium unleaded or Caltex Vortex Premium Diesel from any participating Caltex service station during the Promotional Period (“Qualifying Transaction”). For the purposes of this promotion, a participating Caltex service station will be any Caltex service station displaying material advertising this promotion during the Promotional Period; and then
b) visit www.caltexcleansweep.com.au, follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, input the requested details (including but not limited to the last four (4) digits of the purchase receipt number for the Qualifying Transaction) and submit the fully completed entry form. Each entrant will be notified instantly online whether or not they are an Instant Prize winner.
There are five (5) Instant Prizes available to be won daily, with one hundred and forty (140) Instant Prizes available to be won in total during the Promotional Period. All valid entries received from winners and non-winners of an Instant Prize will be automatically placed in the Major Prize Draw.
Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry permitted per Qualifying Transaction (regardless of the amount spent in excess of $20.00 on either Caltex Vortex 98, Caltex Vortex 95 premium unleaded or Caltex Vortex Premium Diesel in that transaction); and (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
Entrants must retain their original purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the store of purchase as a participating Caltex service station, that at least $20.00 was spent on Caltex Vortex 98, Caltex Vortex 95 premium unleaded or Caltex Vortex Premium Diesel, and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period but prior to entry.
Instant Prizes: one hundred and forty (140) x $75 StarCash Fuel Cards (“Instant Prize”). The Instant Prizes will be advertised as a “free tank of Vortex Premium Fuel”, which is calculated based on unit price of $1.50/litre to fill a 50-litre tank.
The first valid entry drawn in the Major Prize Draw will win the following prize package (“Major Prize’”):
• a AU$10,000 Free-2-Travel Voucher. The Free-2-Travel Voucher can be used towards flights, accommodation, day tours, cruising, attractions, travel insurance, car hire, group tours such as coach or special interest trips, sporting events and any taxes involved in the bookings there of through Free-2-Travel;
• $5,000, awarded by direct deposit into a nominated bank account in the winner’s name (as per the winner’s preference); and
• a red 2013 Lotus Elise with manual transmission. Total car prize value is up to AU$67,990 including registration, compulsory third party insurance, stamp duty and dealer delivery charges (which may vary State by State). Additional insurance, options, petrol and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner. The winner may collect the prize from their choice of either: a) the participating Caltex service station that the Qualifying Transaction corresponding to their winning entry was made; or b) their nearest participating Caltex service station (as determined by the Promoter).
