    Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
    Entry to the competition is free (excluding internet charges) and is only open to entrants who are 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of Promoter, Lonely Planet and their related entities are ineligible to enter.
    The promotion is open to residents of Australia only.
    The promotion commences at 9:00am AEST Monday 26 November 2012 and closes at 9:00am AEST Sunday 20 January 2013.
    To enter the prize draw, participants must:
    purchase any Lonely Planet book from a participating retailer during the competition entry period; and
    visit the promotional website at www.wotif.com , enter their details: name, email address, telephone number, date of birth, state or territory, region, receipt number and the name of the store from which they purchased their Lonely Planet book by the end of the competition entry period; and
    sign-up to Wotmail.
    Receipts must be retained as proof of entry.
    There is no limit to the amount of entries per entrant, provided that each entry is accompanied by a different and separate receipt number.
    All valid entries will go into a random draw which will take place at 12:00pm AEST Friday 25 January 2013 at 7 Baroona Road, Milton Qld 4064.
    The first valid entry drawn will win: return economy flights on Air Pacific for two to Fiji from Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne only (valued up to AU$2000). Travel to these gateway cities must be paid by the winner. Air Pacific tickets are valid until 30 November 2013 - no extensions are permitted. Travel is not permitted in Australian school holidays or at Easter. Prize include five nights’ accommodation for two at Namale Resort (five star) including all meals, beverages, airport transfers and activities (valued up to AU$7950 –provided by Namale Resort) plus a copy of Lonely Planet’s Fiji guidebook and a copy of Lonely Planet’s Fijian Phrasebook (valued up to AU$51 – provided by Lonely Planet) (Prize Holiday).
    The next 30 valid entries drawn will each win a copy of Lonely Planet’s Best in Travel 2013 (each valued at $24.99).
    An unclaimed prize draw will take place at 1:00pm AEST Friday 26 April 2013 at 7 Baroona Road, Milton Qld 4064, should the winner of the main draw be uncontactable.
    The Prize Voucher is valid for travel between 26 January 2013 and 30 November 2013. The winner must book their Prize Holiday no later than Friday 31 May 2013 by contacting the Wotif.com marketing team (marketing_team@wotif.com). The Prize Holiday (both flights and accommodation) is subject to availability at the time of booking.
    The Prize Holiday is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-replaceable and non-redeemable for cash.
    The maximum total value of the prize pool is valued up to AU$10,750.70.

    Extending or adding extra passengers, dates and destinations is not permitted.

    Residents outside Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne are required to arrange transportation to a listed participating airport at their own expense.
    Winners will be fully responsible for arranging their own passports, visas and travel insurance.
    The prize does not (except as expressly stated) include; other transport or accommodation; telephone charges; incidental hotel charges (such as mini-bar, telephone calls, in-house movies); spending money; insurance such as travel or health cover; vaccinations or other medical or health related services; any other ancillary costs which may be incurred by the winner or their guest in relation to the prize trip.
    The Promoter expressly reserves the right to resolve any discrepancies, disputes or otherwise unforeseen circumstances as it deems fit and the Promoter’s decision will be final and binding upon every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter expressly reserves the right to change or alter these Terms and Conditions at any time, subject to the approval of the relevant lottery commissions.
    The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, misdirected or illegible submissions.
    The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered by any entrant or winner (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking any prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
    The Promoter shall not be responsible for any entries that are not received or are otherwise interfered with due to problems with the internet or telecommunications services.
    If this promotion is not capable of running as planned due to any reason, including unauthorised intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) in its sole discretion to cancel the competition or to disqualify any individual who has tampered with the entry process, subject to the approval of the relevant lottery commissions.
