When does the competition close?The competition commences on Thursday, 12 September 2024, at 00:01 am (AEST) and closes on Friday, 28 February 2025, at 23:59 pm (AEST).
How can one enter the competition?To enter, participants must visit my.natio.com.au, subscribe, and follow the prompts to the competition page. Entrants must provide their name, email address, and location. After completing the entry form, entrants must press submit. Only one entry is allowed per email address, and automated entries are invalid.
What are the prizes won?The competition offers the following prizes:
- First Prize: A luxurious 7-night wellness experience for two at Gwinganna Lifestyle Retreat, including:
- Economy return flights for two from the winner’s nearest capital city to Gold Coast Airport, QLD.
- Accommodation in an Orchard Deluxe Suite (twin share, blackout dates apply).
- One essential facial, A$100 wellness therapy credit, and all organic meals.
- Home-grown aloe-vera juice, key wellness seminars, cooking demonstrations, evening meditation sessions, and access to all facilities.

What is the total prize pool amount?The total prize pool is valued at up to A$13,000, with the first prize valued at up to A$11,320, depending on the point of departure and period of stay. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
How will winners be notified?Winners will be notified by email, and their last names, first initials, and postcodes will be published on the natio.com.au website from Monday, 3 March 2025.
What happens if a prize is not claimed?The prize must be redeemed within two months of nomination. If not claimed, Natio will draw another winner on Friday, 2 May 2025, and the new winner will be notified by email.
What are the terms regarding the use of personal information?By entering, participants consent to the use of their personal information, including their name and image, for promotional purposes without remuneration. They will also be automatically added to the MyNatio database and may receive promotional emails, which they can opt out of later.
