1. Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. By entering this free prize draw, you agree to these terms & conditions.
2. No purchase necessary to enter this free prize draw.
3. This free prize draw is open from 00:01 on Friday 1st April 2016 (‘Commencement Date’) to 23:59 Sunday 31st July 2016 (Closing Date) (The period between the Commencement Date and the Closing Date shall be known as the ‘Participation Period’). No entries will be accepted after the closing date
4. Eligibility: This free prize draw is open to Australian and New Zealand residents. The free prize draw is not open to employees and immediate family of Bloomsbury Publishing Group or Luxury Traveller Magazine. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
5.  HOW TO ENTER: To enter free prize draw please submit the details requested in the form during the Participation Period. Only entries submitted in this way will be eligible.
6. Only one entry per person. No entrant may win more than one prize.
7. Only one major prize winner.
8.  THE PRIZE:
a) A single prize consists of a holiday for 2 (two) adults to Bali.
b) Prize includes:
•    return economy flights to Bali for 2 (two) adults from either Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Perth or Auckland international airports;
•    private car transfers to and from Denpasar airport to the Sofitel Nusa Dua Beach Resort; 
•    5 nights’ accommodation at the Sofitel Nusa Dua Beach Resort;
•    Breakfast for 2 (two) people at the Sofitel Nusa Dua Beach Resort
•    It is the responsibility of the winner to cover travel costs to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth or Auckland airports.
•    Spending money is NOT included as part of this package
c) Additional Terms relating to the Prize:
•    The prize is valid for travel until 31st December 2016
•    The prize must be redeemed within the validity period or the prize will be forfeited.
•    The prize is for two (2) adults only and is not transferable, available for sale or redeemable for a cash alternative.
•    All flights taken in connection with using the prize are subject to Singapore Airlines normal terms and conditions of carriage.
•    The flights are non-redeemable for cash.
•    Tickets are non-transferable (i.e. no name changes allowed).
•    Flights and Accommodation dates need to be requested at least 21 days prior to travel.
•    Changes to flight details once booked will incur a [AU $50] change fee per guest per change.
•    Passengers who do not notify Singapore Airlines at least 24 hours prior to scheduled departure that they are unable to take the booked flight will forfeit the prize tickets.
•    Vouchers may not be sold or offered for resale at a premium (including via online auction sites) or used for any advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services, either by the original recipient, or any subsequent bearer. If a voucher is sold or used in breach of this condition, the voucher may be withdrawn.
9. By entering this free prize draw you agree that Bloomsbury have the right to feature details of the winning entrants in subsequent press and PR activity. Please see Bloomsbury’s privacy policy for how we use your information.
10. Bloomsbury may disqualify entries from winning if it has reasonable grounds to suspect that they are in breach of these terms and conditions or your participation is fraudulent, unfair or unlawful.
11. Bloomsbury may cancel the competition for reasons outside of its reasonable control.
12. Bloomsbury may amend these terms and conditions without notice, by posting changes to them on this website.
13. Bloomsbury does not accept any responsibility for any network congestion, technical failure or other problem in any telephone line, network, system, provider or otherwise which results in any communication not being properly recorded or received.
14. Bloomsbury (and its associated companies) excludes responsibility and all liabilities arising from any changes to the prize details which are beyond its control and for any act of default of any other third party supplier. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Bloomsbury reserves the right (a) to substitute an alternative prize of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.
15. Entrants’ details will be held by Bloomsbury but will not be passed on. Bloomsbury adheres to the data protection legislation surrounding the use and storage of your personal information.
16. WINNER NOTIFICATION: The Prize winners will be notified by email or post by 10th August 2016. Unsuccessful entrants will not be notified. The Prize winners must claim their prize within 14 working days of Bloomsbury sending notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and Bloomsbury reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules.
17. No cash alternatives available. Prizes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
18. Entry to the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
19. Bloomsbury’s decision on all matters is final. No correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these terms and conditions will be disqualified.
